Adding Top-Down Solutions to American Marxism's Bottom-Up Solutions.
Illegal American Marxism was imposed upon us from the top down. Top-down solutions get America back under American law.

American Marxism is all unconstitutional and therefor illegal. That very illegality is the key to its legal destruction and elimination from America.
Mark Levin's wonderful American Marxism was waiting for me when I got home from work yesterday, and I couldn't wait to get into it. I went straight to the last chapter to read his solutions, and they're all good, and they're all necessary.
They are "bottom-up" solutions, turning the evil stratagems of George Soros and Saul Alinsky around on American Marxism through grass-roots organizing and activism. Patriotic Americans getting on school boards, town councils, corporate boards and so forth all are good and necessary tactics. But we (the patriots) are not as organized as the American Marxists, and taking back what they have taken over, all across America, one school board, one city council, etc., at a time might be a very long drawn out and painful process.
But once American Marxism took over an American political party (which itself is an unconstitutional and therefore illegal governing entity) it began to advance itself and its causes from the top down, putting itself on the fast-track to, first, sideline the Constitution, and then just begin dominating all of America through unconstitutional law, legal precedent, executive action and bureaucratic regulation.
How many Americans today even recognize the fact that political parties are unconstitutional and illegal governing entities in America?
As we said in Solutions,
The key to destroying all the 'progress' of Cultural Marxism lies in direct forceful application of the American Constitution
It's all unconstitutional and therefore illegal and nullable by simple declaration.
- If it is not listed among the limited and enumerated powers of the Congress to legislate into law, it cannot be legislated into law.
- If it cannot be legislated by the federal government into a federal law it cannot constitutionally exist as a federal law.
- If it does not exist as a federal law the Supreme Court may not even entertain cases related to it, because it is a matter for states and lower jurisdictions, not the federal government.
- If the Constitution prohibits the Congress from legislating regarding it, the Presidency cannot override that unconstitutionality by any executive order or action to bring anything prohibited by the Constitution under federal authority.
- If the Constitution prohibits the Congress from legislating it, it also prohibits the back-door creation of it by unelected, unrepresentative and unaccountable-to-the-people bureaucracies to unconstitutionally 'regulate' it into being at the federal level.
- Federal regulating bureaucracies are unconstitutional in their very being and are just as nullable as any unconstitutional law, precedent, executive action or regulation. They can and should be shut down as we said in the Cut The Spending pages.
The Congress, exclusively, legislates federal law.
The Presidency, exclusively, enforces federal law.
The Supreme Court, exclusively, adjudicates federal law.
And that's all they do, by direct order of the Constitution. The constitution nowhere grants any special interpretive authority over the constitution to any one of the three coequal branches of federal government. All must know the constitution to do their constitutional duty.
The constitution is self-interpreting. It is a legal document written in English that says very specific legal things. Any citizen should be able to read it and fully understand it. There is no need to be any special kind of scholar.
The Supreme Court can strike down unconstitutional law, as it did in Marbury v Madison, by simply declaring it to be unconstitutional and therefore null and no law.
The Presidency and the Congress have the exact same Constitutional authority to strike down and nullify any unconstitutional law, precedent, executive order, regulation or regulating bureaucracy. The fact that they haven't exercised it yet does not mean that they cannot exercise it.
Again, look through all the "Breakings" in the Restoring Constitutional America pages, one by one.
In the Breaking Abortion page, for instance, all a President with the guts to do it would have to do is to simply declare Roe v Wade and Doe v Bolton unconstitutional, null and no legal precedent and be done with it, and that's it. Buddabing-buddabang, abortion law at the federal level would legally be toast.
Let the opposition scream and howl and demonstrate all they want to, they cannot show how federal abortion law is in any way constitutional. If they wanted to make it constitutional all they would have to do is draw up a new abortion constitutional amendment, send it out to the states to be ratified, and then get a super majority of 38 states to ratify it, making it constitutional.
Does anyone think that could be done? Does anyone in their right mind actually think that the American people love abortion 'rights" being driven by federal law?
The whole reason such unconstitutional abominations as Obamacare, abortion and homo-marriage were all illegally imposed on the American citizenry against their will, and from the top down, was that the American citizenry never would have voted for them if they had been put on a ballot, and all the Marxocrats knew it.
And it's the same thing with Critical Race Theory, Transgenderism, Climate Change, the 1619 Project, etc., etc., etc., being imposed on American children through the unconstitutional Marxocrat Party's owned and operated American education system.
We have a rabidly anti-American political party governing our education system. Cultural Marxism has now morphed into American Marxism; a slick, sneaky new way to advance Marxism against America.
In addressing the Marxocrat Party's Politically Weaponizing Everything against America, we talked about how the Wuhan Virus scare was politically weaponized to violate our Constitutional right to Liberty. Violate it hell, it abrogated it. It made whole populations walk around wearing their obedience masks (which were ineffective against any virus), Churches to shut their doors and all small business operators to shut down their businesses. And now this politically weaponized scare is working on forcing vaccinations on the citizenry against their will, not because it will save them from anything, but to 'train' them further and get them used to simply obeying the orders of the state, without thinking about it, and without remembering their own American rights.
While taking Mark Levin's advice and overwhelming school board meetings and taking over school boards, wouldn't it also be even more effective to shut down the department of education and fire everyone in it?
- Education is not listed among the limited and enumerated powers of the Congress to legislate law.
- Congress has exclusive authority to legislate law.
- If Congress didn't legislate it, it cannot legally exist as federal law.
A president could simply declare the whole department of education to be an unconstitutional and therefore illegal entity and close it, by simple declaration. That would mean no more federal funding going to so called public schools, which are actually government owned and operated schools. No oversight, and no funding, would mean the end of the Marxocrat Party's forced educational programs of Critical Race Theory, Homosexuality, Transgenderism, 1619 Project, etc., etc., etc.
Formerly 'public' local schools would be forced to privatize and depend upon competitive tuition from parents of students to remain in operation. Teacher's unions would have the switch labor negotiations from negotiating with their own owner-operators in the Marxocrat Party to negotiating with the tuition-paying parents of students, for everything. Suddenly, they would not be in the driver's seat.
If teachers go on strike, there would be no 'arbitrators' to the rescue.
If a school cannot operate competitively with private, parochial and home schools, it would simply go out of business, as it should.
At the same time, a President could, if he would, cut all grants and funding to all anti-American colleges and universities who run anti-American curricula. And move government research programs, especially defense programs, out of anti-American institutions to those that are pro-American. Let the universities survive on tuition and alumni backing alone.
American Marxism was imposed upon us mostly from the top down, through unconstitutional and therefore illegal government action. Using the Constitution as a hammer, a President (and/or a Congress) could beat American Marxism out of America, or at least out of American government.
Think about the EPA, as just one of a myriad of absolutely unconstitutional and illegal regulating bureaucracies quite literally ruling us. Do you see 'environment' listed in Article 1 Section 8? That's funny, neither do I. Short of amending the Constitution, the EPA should not even exist.
A President with the guts to do it could simply declare it to be unconstitutional, and shut it down, firing everyone in it, and abrogating all of its unconstitutional and illegal regulations.
The same thing could be done to the FDA, HHD, CDC, etc., etc., etc.
This was described in more detail in the Solutions page. But the top-down goal should be to break the Club. To that end, breaking taxation would break the money flow to the Club, and breaking the Parties would break their political power.
The only good thing about the whole Wuhan Virus scare was that it allowed President Trump to solidly prove how Capitalism can rise to the crisis and very quickly respond, against all odds, and against all predictions and capabilities of any form of Marxism/Socialism, including American Marxism. Neither China, Russia, Cuba, Venezuela, nor any other nation on earth, for that matter, could have so quickly and efficiently produced the needed vaccines, respirators, PPEs, hospital beds and facilities, and mobilized a virtual health-care army, as was done by President Trump and a quickly incentiveized and motivated American private sector.
It was the same as it was in World War II. Nobody else on earth could have done what we did then, or what we did in the Trump Presidency.
I'm telling you, if an American President, and any Representative or Seanator who backed him, would start taking down American Marxism from the top,
- the Constitution would be behind him, and,
- the overwhelming majority of the American people would be behind him.
And we would be that much closer to being one nation under God.
The way we were originally intended to be.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
Pray for a strategic alliance between President Trump and excommunicated Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano against the common conspiratorial criminality in the American and Catholic political parties.
