There is no such thing as a woman's right to choose to abort anyone. There were no constitutional grounds for the Supreme Court to even hear the cases of Roe v Wade, Doe v Bolton or any other such cases dealing with abortion, let alone adjudicate them. Having unconstitutionally adjudicating them, the Court unconstitutionally established new law via the route of legal precedent, violating separation of powers. By that illegal precedent, it violated Amendment 10, abrogating legislated, representative law as it stood at the time in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
