As the dully elected representative of all of these United States of America, as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of America and as the Solemnly Sworn Chief Protector and Enforcer of the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land, it is incumbent upon the President to establish a principle of Presidential Review by declaring Everson v Board of Education 330 US 1 to be unconstitutional, null, void, no precedent and no law, thereby ending the Everson warped political version of Separation of Church and State.
