Justices on the Constitution-Established Supreme Court, Solemnly Sworn to Uphold the Constitution, Violate the Constitution along Strict Partisan Party Lines.

There is not supposed to be "partisanship" among judges and justices on courts of law, from the lowest to the highest. The only decisions judges and justices are supposed to make regard litigation pertain to law, as legislated and as intended by the original legislators. Their job is the adjudicate the law, and the law is recorded in written form and available to them. It's black and white.
