As in the rest of the "Breaking" articles listed in Breaking The Club, getting unconstitutional gun laws out of action would be a fairly simple thing to do for any President or any Congress that was inclined to do it. All that's really necessary is an understanding of the Principle of Constitutionality, and an intention to return American government to be governed by its own Constitution.
