To be a Civilized Person is to be enlightened, educated, refined, orderly, well mannered, polite, socialized, gentlemanly, ladylike, sophisticated, and, essentially, kind. Orderly, predictable, approachable, and therefore easy for other Civilized people to deal with. A Civilized Culture or Nation is one that protects and deals fairly and in good justice with its own civilized citizens, and prefers to deal peacefully with uncivilized individuals, cultures or nations rather than through war unless absolutely necessary, while still recognizing the differences between civilized and uncivilized people, cultures and nations. And, maintains borders, laws and anathemas to remain Civilized. What that definition describes is the Christian Cultural Mindset.
