Where we have pointed out the illegal unconstitutional nature of the original Roe v Wade decision, most recently in the Semiliteracy page, Clarence Thomas, in his concurring argument overturning it, pointed out the tortured malinterpretations of the fourteenth amendment upon which it was based. And those malinterpretations were no mere matter of semiliteracy; they were done with malicious intent.

They were violations of the constitution and oaths of office; they were criminal acts and impeachable offenses.
