The Brits know best how to handle this Islamic terrorism problem, with typical British sophistication. They have achieved a level of cultural sophistication that relieves the citizenry and even the police from the need to ever carry arms. Only in relatively unsophisticated cultures are such things ever done. Why, there is no crime and no threat severe enough to arm the British police, let alone the citizenry. Why, to arm the citizenry would be unsophisticated, and maybe even dangerous.
