Comprehensive Immigration Reform: Close All Immigration.

Shut it all down as it was until 1965. It doesn't get any more comprehensive than that.

Why was Ellis Island closed and all immigration shut down from the 1920s until Marxocrat Teddy Kenedy managed to open it back up in 1965?

Because there were too many millions of foreign immigrants already here, both legally and illegally, and they needed time to fully assimilate into American culture and become American, or be deported. And because we didn't know how many intended harm to America. It was a National Security issue.

FDR, Truman and Eisenhower all had programs of mass-deportation of illegal aliens and undesirable immigrants, involving millions of deportations, to keep America safe, and to keep America American.

It was a matter of simple common sense.
