The Constitutional Republic of the United States was designed not to be ruled by the Presidency, or by the Congress, or by the Supreme Court, but by the Constitution Itself. In fact, the Presidency, the Congress and the Supreme Court are supposed to be ruled by the Constitution. That's the original design and intent. It's not only a rule-of-law nation, but a ruled-by-law nation, with a ruled-by-law government.
