Cut DOT, Severely.

Since the Obama administration does not and has never had an actual budget, we cannot officially determine what portion of his super secret, non-existent budget DOT is wasting.

But it is clear and obvious that most (if not all) of this federal level "administrative" bureaucracy, like most others, is out-of-scope and completely unnecessary.

Is everyone beneath the level of the federal government just too dumb to carry on with life? Are manufacturers of trucks not smart enough to make them safe? Are truck drivers not smart enough to drive safely? Are transport companies not smart enough to keep their trucks safe, hire safe drivers and maintain standards of safety? Are state and local governments not smart enough to keep commercial transportation and commercial transporters within the limits of public safety? Is the Rule of Subsidiarity no longer operative?
