CyberWar, or at least the most sophisticated forms of it, ain't what most of us think of at all when we think of CyberWar. We think of it as on-line hacking, or surreptitiously changing information, or taking over computers, or locking them up for ransom.

But CyberWar, in the instance of the 2020 election, was more related to combining data-mining, data-fudging and data-preparing for those who are trained, ready and able to use the results to change critical counts in critical precincts.
