Legitimate Authority Unexercised becomes the Illegitimate Default Authority of those Legitimately Subject to it.

Default Authority, meaning, Illegitimate Authority, is all around us today. In the family, in society, in the Church, in the whole American Culture, even in World Culture. If you hold Legitimate Authority and you never use it, it doesn't just go away and disappear. It Transfers. It is illegitimately Assumed by others.
