Disorder, disruption and revolution is the evil goal.

Note well that the strongest pushers of inclusiveness are always, in reality, pushing divisiveness. And the movement comes replete with new pejorative titles to divide you out and exclude you from the rest of society.

You must be inclusive of races; if you are not, you are a racist. You must be inclusive of sodomites; if you are not, you are a homophobe. You must be inclusive of women; if you are not, you are a misogynist. You must welcome all to the Sacraments; if you do not, you are "doctrinaire". You must welcome all into the country; if you do not, you are anti-immigrant. You must welcome Moslems everywhere; if you do not, you are an Islamophobe. You must welcome Protestant music in the Catholic Mass; if you do not, you are divisive and exclusive.
