Ex Speaker of the House John Boehner's recent public pronouncement of how Obamacare "Repeal and Replace" action is "not going to happen" typifies and highlights the hatred of law that persists among the Washington Establishment sworn officials of the federal government. Boehner's very knowledgeable and confident Obamacare statement of how Congress works clearly reveals this hatred, this animosity to the Constitution, the law, and thus, to their own sworn oaths of office.
