Ohio Governor Mike "RINO" DeWine was horrified, horrified recently by witnessing diners in restaurants, actually eating, unmasked, and un-distanced, as if he hadn't even issued any dictatorial decrees restricting the process of dining in Ohio. Why, they were acting as if Ohio citizens were still perfectly free to eat when, where and however they chose to eat their dinner! Can't have that.
