On our Super-Nice Enemies, in our Unrecognized Psychological War

As we are taught to "Hate the Sin but Love the Sinner" while the Sinner just keeps Sinning, are we becoming Anesthetized to the Evil of the Sin, and to the Reality of the Sinner?

A long time ago, I thought I had committed the unpardonable sin of blaspheming the Holy Ghost, after seeing horrible evil that had been done, and blaming God for it. Many years later, a good Confessor put me straight on it; I wouldn't have been in that Confessional and speaking of it if it was unpardonable. It would have been suicide, a la Judas Iscariot, or, permanent separation from God. Only man can do what is unpardonable, of his own volition. And only man can stay unpardoned, again, of his own volition. Unpardonable sin is a voluntary permanent turning away from God.
