Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, pray for us.

The Gospel reading for this feast day is appropriate not only for the rosary. It provides yet more scriptural evidence of the Trinity, the Divinity of Jesus Christ and the Virgin Birth of Jesus. These are all elements of the Creed, and therefore dogma, the highest form of Christian doctrine, which must be believed to be saved. It further provides more scriptural evidence of the perpetual virginity of Mary.
