How did such an idiotic harebrained idea as "born-to-be" LGBTQ+ ever even get started?

When President Trump declared that there are only two sexes, male and female, the reaction from the anti-Christian, anti-American Left was as if he had set the world on fire. Think about that. What was once such common knowledge and so obvious as to not even be thought about, is now shocking, to a very large portion of the whole world population.

How the hell did this state of affairs ever come to be?
