Silliness is cute in little children, funny in comedic routines, but dangerous in the adult world of responsibility. Silliness has no place in policy, law, the workplace or in the practical living of real world life. Practical adults earning their living have a natural law right to not be associated with or made to tolerate, let alone be in any way controlled or dominated by silliness.
