Way back when, in the Three Sociological Divisions, we described the natural Sociological Thirds as the Good Third, the Mugwhumps and the Bad Third. And we have talked about growing the good third. We didn't invent these thirds; they are as old as mankind. The larger any human population becomes, the more obvious the sociological thirds become.
