The fix is in; everybody in "The Club" knows it. The rest of us are supposed to be too dumb to figure it out. "The Club" is the high society of the inside-the-beltway crowd of Washington, New York, Northeastern and California filthy rich Leftists who actually run the country. "Establishment" members of both Parties are members, as are all the TV and print big shots of Journalism. Most candidates desperately want membership; that's where the real power is. That's were you can rub shoulders with the likes of Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Hollywood Nobility, all the big Leftist foundation and fund CEOs, Union Leaders, leading Academics and Deans of Universities, certain Leftist Catholic Cardinals, Kennedy s, Rockefeller s, and who knows, George Soros might even walk through the room. Journalists will do, and have done, anything to gain and keep admission. So will candidates for high political office. Membership in Washington DC high society is strictly limited, and comes at a high price.
