First, there is no such thing as a victimless-sin or a victimless-crime.

The infantile question "Who does it hurt?" implies two things:

1. No one is harmed by the crime.
2. If no one is harmed, it cannot be a crime.

Wrong on both counts. Souls are harmed, and not only the soul of the perpetrator. Good social order is harmed; a common sense of morality is harmed. The family is harmed. Institutions are harmed. Whole nations are harmed.
