Let's avoid the Discomfort Zone.Vic Biorseth, Friday, November 27, 20155 Don't Worry; Be Happy was the title of an insipid, but happy, popular song that tended to make people smile a rather stupid, self-conscious smile, because the song was just so stupid it made you smile. You couldn't help it. It encouraged the mindless, happy escapism or whatever it is of the pot smokers. A sort of psychological lullaby.
