What makes the USA exceptional among nations is her success or prosperity as a nation. What makes the USA so prosperous as a nation is her vast, gigantic, middle-class of citizenry, which dwarfs both the rich and the poor. And what makes her middle-class so huge and so prosperous is her unique form of Capitalism, based as it is upon citizen morality, citizen liberty and citizen property.
