Does it mean anything any more to be an American? Does it even mean anything any more to be a Christian?

American national identity, like American citizen identity, is now so blurred and inclusive as to have lost all distinction. Once, to be an American meant something, way back when American identity was still separate and distinct. We can say the same thing about Christian identity, and even, God help us, Roman Catholic identity. When a Cardinal Archbishop of New York can proudly walk down the streets of New York leading a St. Patrick's Day Gay Pride parade, New York Catholicism has lost its distinct identity. To be holy is to be set apart from all that is unholy, not joined with it and inclusive of it. 

Just as post-Vatican II, Bergoglio Vatican Catholics are raised in indistinct blended forms of theology and morality, post-Woodrow Wilson administration Americans are raised in indistinct blended forms of Cultural Marxism, alien religions, scientism and Hedonism, all of which are actually anti-American. Formerly Christian American parents today, who still call themselves Christian, predominantly raise their children to "let your conscience be your guide", without working to properly teach and form the theological and moral consciences of their own little ones. 

Corrupted American formal education no longer properly teaches American civics, the Declaration or the Constitution. What's worse, they teach scientism and things that are not true. What is worse than that, they fail to properly teach the old classical education topics of reading, writing, arithmetic and history. American schools today crank out semiliterate anti-American stupidos. 

Here we present a refresher course in American Identity, which is all wrapped around America's absolutely unique Constitution. Where the Declaration of Independence is the document that founded America, the Constitution is the document that actually constituted America, which is to say that it brought America into being, on the foundation of the Declaration. The Constitution gives America her distinct identity. 

The Principle of American Constitutionality.

  1. Congress legislates law;
    the President executes law;
    the Judiciary adjudicates law.

    The Congress is prohibited from executing or adjudicating.
    The President is prohibited from legislating or adjudicating.
    The Court is prohibited from legislating or executing. 
  2. Article One Section Eight of the American Constitution provides a list of the limited and enumerated Constitutional powers of the American federal government.  If it isn't listed in Article One Section Eight, the American government shouldn't be doing it.  Congress should not be legislating it, the President shouldn't be executing it, and the Supreme Court should not be adjudicating it. 
  3. Without a Constitutional Amendment, no government entity of any kind, be it an agency, a bureaucracy, a department or subset of any branch of government can make regulations or rules or laws that are binding in law upon the American citizenry.  Article One Section One explicitly states that "All" legislative powers are vested in the Congress, and no other body.  The Constitution nowhere grants the Congress the ability to delegate their exclusive legislative power to any other body that may come into existence.  This is to guarantee that all law is representative law, and it cannot be representative law unless it is legislated law. 
  4. The Constitution nowhere grants any special interpretive power over itself to any of the three co-equal branches of government. 
  5. In the 1803 Maybury v Madison Court decision, the principle of Judicial Review was established, whereby whenever the Court found that a law violated the Constitution, it could be declared null and no law. 

    The Congress and the President possess the exact same legal prerogative regarding law, legal precedent, executive orders, "regulations" and even appointed government regulating bodies.  When a Congress or a President discover a clear and obvious violation of the Constitution in a law or a Court established legal precedent or an executive action or a government agency, they may simply declare it to be unconstitutional and therefore null and inoperative, from that day forward. 

    The fact that Presidential Review and Congressional Review have not yet been exercised does not mean that they do not exist, but only that they have not been exercised. 

    The Constitution is a very clear English language legal document.  An action is either Constitutional or it is not. 

The very reason for the oath of office.

The reason for the swearing of a Constitutional oath of office or any oath to protect and uphold the Constitution is to safeguard the integrity and the supremacy of the Constitution, and to guarantee the nature and the continued existence of America as Constituted.  The Authors never imagined that gentlemen would break their word or ever neglect a sworn oath of office for any reason other than treason. 

  1. Any President, Senator, Congressman, Supreme Court Justice or other sworn officer or official of the US government who violates the Constitution in the performance of his sworn duty is to be impeached from office and/or tried for treason against Constitutional America, and removed from office, among other possible penalties.  

Any federal officer, agent or employee who has sworn allegiance to the Constitution as a condition of assuming office, and who then violates the Constitution in the performance of his sworn duty, is a domestic enemy of and a traitor to Constitutional America, for has committed an act of treason against the Constitution. 

The Authors of the Constitution anticipated the possibility of treason; therefore, the oath of office.  What they did not anticipate was that ideological anti-Americans, such as Marxists, Moslems or other anti-Christians, would ever be voted into office by a knowing American citizenry.  And we now see that happening, through political deception and treachery, as shown in The Great Global Deception and elsewhere. Anti-Constitutional Americans - traitors - now hold high political office. 

But the oath of office is still required, thus the remedy is still available. 

What about the once-upon-a-time distinct identity of the American citizen? 

What sets Americans apart from all other citizens of the world is their actual absolute legal constitutional rights. Here, too, Satan, his demons and evil people blend and blur the lines of distinction between actual constitutional rights and so called "human rights", most of which are anti-human, and the rights to do things that are wrong. Predominant among these bogus rights are the rights of sinners and wrongdoers to not have their feelings hurt, or to be excluded from any company, and to not be discriminated against. 

So, here we present a refresher course in actual absolute Constitutional rights of American citizens, which, more than anything else, provide the distinct identity of American citizens. American citizen constitutional rights are absolutely unique among all citizens of the world.

Constitutional Rights of American Citizens

  • To not be deprived of Equality, Life, Liberty or Property without conviction of criminal offense under due process of just law.  
  • To move freely.

  • To assemble peaceably.

  • To keep and bear weapons of war.
  • To assemble in an independent well-disciplined militia.
  • To communicate with the world.
  • To express or publish one's opinions or those of others.
  • To practice one's religion.
  • To be secure in one's person, house, papers, vehicles and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures.
  • To enjoy privacy in all matters in which the rights of others are not violated.
  • To acquire, have and use the means necessary to exercise the above natural rights and pursue happiness, specifically including:
  1. A private residence from which others may be excluded.
  2. Tools needed for one's livelihood.
  3. Personal property which others may be denied the use of.
  4. Arms suitable for personal and community defense.
  • To enter into contracts, and thereby acquire contractual rights, to secure the means to exercise the above natural rights.
  • To enjoy equally the rights, privileges and protections of personhood as established by law.
  • To petition an official for redress of grievances and get action thereon in accordance with law, subject to the resources available thereto.
  • To petition a legislator and get consideration thereof, subject to resources available thereto.
  • To petition a court for redress of grievances and get a decision thereon, subject to resources available thereto.
  • Not to have one's natural rights individually disabled except through due process of law, which includes:

In criminal cases:

  1. Not to be charged for a major crime but by indictment by a Grand Jury, except while serving in the military, or while serving in the Militia during time of war or public danger.
  2. Not to be charged more than once for the same offense.
  3. Not to be compelled to testify against oneself.
  4. Not to have excessive bail required.
  5. To be tried by an impartial jury from the state and district in which the events took place.
  6. To have a jury of at least six for a misdemeanor, and at least twelve for a felony.
  7. To a speedy trial.
  8. To a public trial.
  9. To have the assistance of counsel of one's choice.
  10. To be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation.
  11. To be confronted with the witnesses against one.
  12. To have compulsory process for obtaining favorable witnesses.
  13. To have each charge proved beyond a reasonable doubt.
  14. To have a verdict by a unanimous vote of the jury, which shall not be held to account for its verdict.
  15. To have the jury decide on both the facts of the case and the constitutionality, jurisdiction, and applicability of the law.
  16. Upon conviction, to have each disablement separately and explicitly proven as justified and necessary based on the facts and verdict.
  17. To have a sentence which explicitly states all disablements, and is final in that once rendered no further disablements may be imposed for the same offense.
  18. Not to have a cruel or unusual punishment inflicted upon oneself.

In civil cases:

  1. To trial by an impartial jury from the state and district in which the events took place where the issue in question is either a natural right or property worth more than $20.
  2. In taking of one's property for public use, to be given just compensation therefor.
  3. To have compulsory process for obtaining favorable witnesses.

In all cases:

  1. To have process only upon legal persons able to defend themselves, either natural persons or corporate persons that are represented by a natural person as agent, and who are present, competent, and duly notified, except, in cases of disappearance or abandonment, after public notice and a reasonable period of time.
  2. Not to be ordered to give testimony or produce evidence beyond what is necessary to the proper conduct of the process.
  • To enjoy equally the rights and privileges of citizenship as established by law.
  • To vote in elections that are conducted fairly and honestly, by secret ballot.
  • To exercise general police powers to defend the community and enforce the laws, subject to legal orders of higher-ranking officials.
  • To receive militia training.

These constitutional rights are absolute rights. Arguments denying that fact are bogus. Yes, you can yell "fire" in a crowded theater, especially if the theater is on fire. 

Note well all the "rights" that are not constitutional rights, but that most people today think are constitutional:

  • FDR's "Four Freedoms", especially "Freedom from want", which is both Marxist and silly. As originally formulated, it was a Freedom, to be strived for by the citizenry. But that original idea has been transmogrified into a legal right, in the collective American mind, which is something that it is not and cannot ever be.  No one has any legitimate or legal "right" to never want for anything in this life. 
  • Eleanor Roosevelt's Universal Human Rights, which she got the UN to adopt, was an even worse example of popularizing, politicking and schmoozing grandiose ideas and ideals into being actual rights of all human beings, let alone all Americans. There is no such human right, natural law right, universal right or constitutional right to such things as education, equal pay, any standard of living, health-care, unemployment pay, sick pay, disability pay, old age pay, motherhood and child care pay, and all other government-dependency "rights" promised (but not delivered) by communism and all other forms of socialism and Marxism. These are religious, independent citizen and private sector matters, and certainly not government matters. 

Let us remind ourselves again of the limitations the constitution puts on the government regarding the things it may address in law:

[From Article One of the American Constitution:]

Section. 8. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;

To establish Post Offices and post Roads;

To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;

To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;

To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;

To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;

To provide and maintain a Navy;

To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; — And

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

[Note 1: These are the limited and enumerated legislative powers of the Congress. Nothing outside of this list may be addressed in federal law short of passing a Constitutional Amendment to do it.]

[Note 2: If it cannot be Constitutionally legislated into law, it cannot Constitutionally exist in federal law. The Constitution nowhere grants the Congress the power to "delegate" any of it's exclusive legislative powers to any lesser body or bureaucracy that may exist or be brought into existence. Thus, no "regulation" may be issued to do that which the Congress is specifically prohibited from doing.]

[Note 3: No executive order or action of any kind by the President may establish any rule, regulation or law that the Congress is specifically prohibited from legislating.]

[Note 4: If it does not (and Constitutionally cannot) exist in legislated and signed federal law, the Supreme Court may not Constitutionally hear and adjudicate anything to do with it. The Supreme Court may only adjudicate cases involving existing federal law.]

[Note 5: To quote Article 1 Section 1: "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives." The key word is "All". No exceptions. If it wasn't constitutionally legislated and signed into law, it is no law.] 

We can see by article 1 section 8 that the American federal government was designed to be small, and restricted in power and authority, and that today, nearly everything the American federal government does is unconstitutional and therefore illegal. 

And that nearly every federal bureaucracy, and certainly every regulating federal bureaucracy is unconstitutional and therefore illegal.  

And that every federal "law" established other than by legislation, whether by regulation, executive order or by case-law precedent, is unconstitutional and therefore illegal. 

And that even legislated laws addressing areas not found in article 1 section 8 are unconstitutional and therefore illegal. 

Just look at all the rights everyone thinks are constitutional

And look at how they are most often titled the opposite of what they are. 

  • The "right" to commit abortion is called reproductive health, a woman's health issue, a one body issue, etc., when it opposes reproduction and motherhood, has nothing to do with women's health except to do it harm, and the body of the person to be aborted is not even recognized.
  • The "right" to perverse sex is called "natural" and "born that way" and "made that way by God" despite chromosomal identity, genetic science and Biblical prohibitions. 
  • The "right" to reidentify as another or even as several "genders" other than the actual existing one single genetic identity. 
  • The "right" not to be excluded, shunned or discriminated against no matter what behaviors one practices and/or exhibits and displays. 
  • The "right" to have feelings protected, and to have legal protections against hurt feelings. 

Well, what about my poor little feelings? No one seems to recognize any right for me not to have my poor feelings hurt and be roundly condemned as a "hater" or even a "Nazi" just because of my traditional Catholicism, my male heterosexuality, my non-use of liquor and dope, my pro-life, anti-sodomy, pro-American, anti-socialist, pro-science and anti-scientism standing. 

This lunacy, this loss of national and citizen identity, brought about by the advance of cultural Marxism, has hit the point where our sitting government, the whole thing, is anti-American. 

The last thing any Marxist party needs is a large petite bourgeois class of citizens that is independent of them; what all Marxist parties need is a large, impoverished, permanent underclass that is dependent upon them and therefore obedient to them, to stay in power and to gain more power. Since the 1960s political transformation of the racist Democrat Party into the communist Marxocrat Party we see today, their fooled, dependent and obedient "underclass" has been black Americans and Hispanic Americans. But now the blacks and the Hispanics are slowly waking up and going MAGA, and the Marxocrats are forced to make the illegal aliens they are bringing in here into their new, totally dependent, obedient and very necessary Marxocrat Party owned underclass. 

There is no way all these illegal immigrants could be or would be flooding into America unless the American President and his government were allowing it, encouraging it, protecting it and making it happen. Ordering the border patrol to stop enforcing border law and start processing criminal aliens into America. Ordering ICE to stop enforcing immigration law and start moving criminal aliens all over America. 

I submit that the giant caravans of illegals coming up through Mexico to invade America came to be with the knowledge if not action of the sitting government and the Marxocrat Party. 

How could all this even be going on if the President were not involved? 

What's the position of Harris on the border? 

  1. She is not Biden, and she is committed to a secure border.
  2. She was in on all Biden decisions and agreed with all of them.

What's her position on Biden?

  1. He was and is brilliant, a genius and fully mentally capable.
  2. That's why he "stepped aside" to let her run for President.

Her dedicated voter base is so disinformed (or so evil) that they cannot or will not see the problem with her own contradictory, self-canceling and self-disqualifying positions. 

The question of whether Trump will win the upcoming election hangs on how many criminal aliens with American driver's licenses will show up and vote Marxocrat without need of citizenship-ID, among all the other well polished election sealing tricks of the Marxocrat Party.
