Rush Limbaugh is certified to be right 99.7% of the time, I know, I know. And it's not often I disagree with anything he says. I'm sorry, but there are two things he keeps saying that I disagree with. First, the motive he assigns to Comrade President Obama, peace be upon him, for all the damage he is doing to America. Second, the motive he assigns to the Republicrat Party for not stopping him from doing all that damage.
Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, violates the Constitution and lesser law with every action he takes or fails to take as President. He is blatant about it. We covered some of this in the recent Treason page, among the Comrade Obama pages, among the Treachery and Treason pages, and elsewhere herein. After six years in office, it is really difficult to identify any Presidential act he has ever taken that was legal and Constitutional. Note well that doing nothing, for a President, is unconstitutional.
Congress, the entire body, acts in violation of the Constitution by not stopping this lawlessness and blatant violations of the Constitution coming from the White House. What is worse, Congress has amply demonstrated its own disregard for the Constitution, by directly violating it, in the passage of the clearly and deeply unconstitutional Obamacare law, for one thing. There are others.
Both major Political Parties are so corrupted as to be alien, anti-Constitution, anti-American entities.
The Marxocrat Party is obviously and almost openly dominated by a Marxist Collectivist, Redistributionist, anti-Free Market, anti-Private Property, Crony-Capitalist, All Powerful Totalitarian Government ideology.
The Republicrat Party is dominated by a "Party First", Crony Capitalist, Bigger and Bigger Government, and a more covert and hidden, but just as deep overall Marxist ideology, which is secretly in near perfect alignment with the ultimate revolutionary goals of the Marxocrat Party. All while play-acting at Conservatism for the cameras and the public. How else could their support for such things as Common Core, Amnesty for criminal aliens, abortion, unlimited spending, homosexual marriage, an uncontrolled Fed, etc., be explained? They only feign opposition, and then they always cave.
The Supreme Court, in its majority, openly violated the Constitution, with the Chief Justice leading the way. The Obamacare law was blatantly unconstitutional on many levels and in many ways, and they all knew it. But the Chief Justice, personally, illegally and unconstitutionally, re-wrote part of it, to make that part of it "constitutional", and then got four other Justices to vote with him to impose it upon the American people against their will, and against their Constitution.
Now, all of these actions were impeachable offenses. All of them involved violations of oaths of office, and violations of the Constitution, and wanton malfeasance in office, on the parts of the President, Senators, Congressmen and Justices. While it may be argued that no Republicrat voted for Obamacare, it may also be argued that no Republicrat did anything about this. In fact, Party leadership, in the person of Speaker of the House John Boehner, vowed to not do anything about it, or anything else, by taking Impeachment "off the table".
So, thanks to the Republicrats, the lawlessness and the violations of the Constitution continue, unabated. The Republicrats are not going to impeach anybody. Certainly not themselves; certainly not each other; and certainly not the President, who is systematically dismantling America right before our eyes, and enjoying himself immensely while doing it.
It is in trying to discern motives for all of this where I disagree with Rush Limbaugh, as much as I hate to disagree with him.
Obama's motives, according to Rush, involve a hatred of America, due to a falsely branded history of racism, slavery, exploitation, colonialism, and a general horrid history of Western Civilization in general.
Republicrat Party motives for not stopping this, according to Rush, involves an unwarranted fear of the News Media, and an irrational need to try to please the clearly pro-Marxocrat Media in order to get more favorable news coverage of themselves and their positions.
I see it as a lot more simple that all of that.
Obama hates America, sure enough; and he hates Western Culture; and he hates white people - all of that's true enough. But he's a Marxist, through and through. And the only obstacle, or at least the biggest obstacle, standing between Marxism and Marxist domination of the world is America, and her Constitution.
He also favors Islam over any other religion, and, guess what? The only obstacle, or at least the biggest obstacle, standing between Islam and Islamic domination of the world is America, and her Constitution.
Now, I have stated elsewhere that, when you strip it all away, Obama is a pure Narcissist. A Selfist. Marxism and Islam are, to him, merely useful tools, like any other person, Party, crisis or thing. Useful to feed his Narcissism, to gain personal power and glory, and good for nothing else.
He intends to be Dictator. Whether his final title is to be Comrade Premier, or Grand Caliph, makes no difference to him. He can go either way. Even if he winds up a lesser dictator of one variety or another, he is after a far different historic legacy than any past President of the US was ever interested in.
He would like to be immortalized in history as the Marxist who destroyed America. Or, as the Moslem who destroyed America. It is Marxist history, and it is Islamic history, that he prizes; certainly not Western history or American history. He hates all that as much as any true Marxist or any true Moslem.
I see Republicrat Party motivation for not stopping Obama and not opposing the Marxocrat agenda as a lot more sinister than unwarranted fear of future treatment by the Marxist-dominated Media. They are in on it. All of it. They are in agreement with the Marxocrats on the rise of a Marxist American government in replacement of our Constitutional government. They're just doing it under much deeper cover, pretending to oppose it.
The reason they don't want to start any impeachment proceedings is that they have so much impeachable stuff against themselves that would come out, that they can't impeach anyone without exposing themselves to similar charges. How they started down this path in the first place, I don't know, but they're too far along now to be able to turn back.
Think about it. Not impeaching a traitor is unconstitutional.
What? Another violation of the Constitution?
So what else is new?

The current extra-Constitutional or un-Constitutional flap is over Net Neutrality, to be enforced by another extra-legislative regulatory agency that reports to the dictator. I mean President. It has the unconstitutional ability to make up regulations with full force of law, pass them and enforce them, without going through Congress. Somehow I missed this one (the FCC) when I wrote all the Cut The Spending pages, addressing all the other ones.
No one is asking why the FCC exists, and how it came to be that it can regulate us or administrate us from outside the constraints of the Constitution. Just like all the other Soviets. I mean administrative federal agencies reporting to the dictator. I mean President.
If the functions of the FCC are really necessary, would they not be better performed if the FCC were privatized and subjected to Congressional approval for all that they do?
The Constitution nowhere grants Congress the authority to delegate any of its legislative authority to any agency it might create through law. New law is the Constitutionally exclusive domain of Congress. The Courts ignore that; Congress ignores that; the President ignores that, and all of his Soviets ignore that. I mean agencies.
It's time to Fix America and Cut the Spending.

Well, when you can usher in Marxism under the name of Christianity, anything can happen. Too many of our politicians are 'Catholic' and have been brainwashed by the Marxist Catholic leaders to think redistribution is necessary because of the inequality they see throughout the world. When you have Marxist Cardinals and bishops whispering in the ears of the speaker of the house and other top political leaders, They think it's their 'Christian' duty to have Obamacare and Amnesty. After all, that is what their church is lobbying for so it must be the Christian thing to do. UGH! Meanwhile, the church is the main redistributor of our wealth by collecting billions for all these programs. As TS Elliot said, "The culture of the people is the incarnation of their religion." We know what the Church has emphasized the past 50 years...feed the poor. Welcome to the transformation Obama promised..America as a third world nation.

As unshakably Catholic as I am, I can't argue with any of that. I see little difference between the USCCB and the Repurglicrat Party. Both appear to be driven by some purely political agenda which is at odds with their proper assigned responsibility and very reason for being. See the Anti-Church within the Church page.
