The Catholic call is not a call to "goodness" and individual salvation. It is a call to holiness, and holiness is not a stand-alone, one man at a time path to salvation. Holiness affects others, or it is not holiness. Don't expect to get to heaven by being "good", on your own, and divorcing yourself from the world, or by joining some small like-minded enclave and letting the rest of the world go to hell. That is retreating from the enemy.
True holiness means taking ground for the Church. It means making inroads into evil, and taking it apart. You have to go into enemy territory to do that. It means facing the enemy. It means continuously working to bring more souls into knowledge of and cooperation with the redemptive grace that is available to all. It means presenting Jesus Christ to those who do not wish to hear of Him.
Now, everyone is not going to hear the Christian message; many will reject it outright, and vigorously oppose it. That's just the way it is. Sometimes, you will have to "shake the dust" and move away from such people, and have nothing more to do with them. You have planted a seed. But you are called to not waste time, to continue the march, and to spread the holiness of Jesus wherever you can.
The one thing Satan's disciples have coalesced around is a globalist strategy. All of the branches of evil seem to be driving toward a global vision of conquest. COMINTERN (International Communist Party), Economic Global Conspirators, the European Union, the UN, the World Court, the International Monetary Fund, and Islam, disparate and unrelated though they all may be, are united in the common goal of the end of national borders and the emergence of one global government.
And it may be seen that they all, at one time or another, cooperate and work together to achieve globalism, and the end of sovereign nations. To that end, they all foment chaos, disorder, revolution, civil war, and just plain war. Endless strife and war. And each presents a false promise of some form of Utopia and peace, if the rest of the world would only listen to them alone. Economic stability, peace in our time, an end to hunger and want, an end to climate change, an end to environmental catastrophe, prefect renewable energy, all, are just around the corner, if you would only listen to the particular evil message and join the particular cause.
All lies. Giant, flagrant lies.
The truth that all of them oppose is this:
Because Satan rules the world and his evil exists in the world, human civilization itself absolutely depends upon the existence of strong nations with enforced borders, and with the ability to project awesome military power far beyond their own borders.
And that's why the evil world today hates nations and borders.
Lately, as you can see in the current site web log, we have been concentrating on our own American internal enemies, including our President, Comrade Obama (peace be upon him), Madam Hillary, the whole Marxocrat Party, and American enemies in the Senate, the House and the Supreme Court. These are the "Top-Down" enemies putting pressure on the citizenry toward globalization and out from under national existence with national borders.
And, we have talked about the "Bottom-Up" enemy "organizations" brought into being, fed and funded by various globalists, such as the Black Panthers, Black Lives Matter, American Academia and American News organizations.
The anti-American groups least in the American consciousness are the academics and the journalists. To me, they are the worst of the traitors America and Christianity face today. They are supposed to be among the elite, the "intellectual" class, the knowledgeable ones who we are supposed to pay attention to, because of their esteemed superior position in society and assumed wisdom.
But just how "intellectual" can they really be, if they have been recruited into one form or another of a silly utopian dream, and/or a false pending ecological disaster, and into actually lying for the "worthy" cause? They have even perverted science for their stupid causes. They teach falsehood, and they "report" falsehood, for the good of some cause, because, they have been convinced, The Ends Justify The Means. And many of them do not consider themselves to be Marxist, and they would bristle at the suggestion that they are.
But they are now Marxist liars, whether they believe that or not.
Constitutional America is being destroyed, and the Marxocrat Party is being built up, by a combination of strings-attached funding by globalists like George Soros, and Alinksyite "community organizing". And these exact same forces are destroying the Catholic Church in America, in the exact same manner. Both Top-Down, and Bottom-Up.
What do we American laymen do about that, especially in most of the American dioceses where our Bishops are certainly not resisting all of this, let alone leading the way to holiness?
By changing ourselves, one man at a time. By seeking holiness, and becoming holy men, in spite of the world around us. And then, going forth, to evangelize the world. Whether the world likes it or not.
Listen to the latest Resistance audio podcast from Church Militant. Be bold in your Catholicism. Be visibly Catholic. Be verbally Catholic. Evangelize at every opportunity, and seek opportunity to evangelize. At work. In social gatherings. Shopping. Recreating. At family gatherings. Wherever you are, whoever you're with.
I don't care if you're in the military, working in an office, in a trade, on a farm, in sales, in politics, in the police or fire department, or wherever you work. I don't care if you're at a polka party or a dance of some kind, a social gathering, out bowling, fishing, hunting, at the big family event dinner table or whatever the occasion.
When the dirty jokes or the off-color remarks begin to fly, don't just show your displeasure by walking away. Make it known by speaking it, and standing your ground. Make the ones who oppose Christian decency and high moral standards be the ones to walk away. If you are serious about your faith, then show it.
Holiness is not cheap. It is not easy. It may cost you some good family relationships; it may cost you some friends; it may cost you some business or some sales; it may cost you "popularity". Holiness has a cost, but holiness is well worth the cost. If you gain one more soul and lose 100 friends in the process, it will be worth it. If our political and clerical leadership is not applying sufficient pressure toward holiness from the top down, then it is up to you, personally, to apply relentless pressure toward holiness from the bottom up.
Somebody who is still in the world has got to fight this fight. You are it.
Be prepared, at every opportunity that presents itself, to explain your faith, and set someone's soul on fire. Make opportunities. If we don't do it, it won't get done.
If you do not proactively evangelize, are you really Catholic?
Think about it.
And join the Resistance.
