With Comrade President JoBama O'Biden finally agreeing to debate President Trump, we thought it appropriate to remind readers of our recommended new Presidential debate procedure for what it's worth. We see no legitimate reason for any moderators or rules other than a microphone-controlling time-keeper, which could even be mechanical.
And this webpage is about various universally accepted falsehoods and where they came from, and how they came to be universally believed.
Marxism, Islam and Hedonism are all foreign ideologies or belief systems that are (1) foreign to America, and (2) openly hostile and antagonistic to America's ethos, morality, constitution, government and law. We have labeled this evil triumvirate the Islamo-Commie-Homo movement, and charged it with being rabidly anti-Christian and rabidly anti-American.
The UN's 1948 UDHR (Universal Declaration of Human Rights) is a classic example of socialistic foreign thinking that has seeped into American thought, is being taught as "law" in formal education, and is even pushed as if it were American law by American politicians, political parties, journalists, attorneys and courts of law.
But it is not American federal law. The constitution is the supreme law of the land, and no other law may superimpose itself over the constitution. If it's not in the constitution, it is not a federal level citizen right.
If it is not listed among the constitutionally limited and enumerated powers of law, and if it was not legislated by a Congress and signed by a President, it is no valid federal law in America.
No one "dictates" any law over the whole nation of America other than the sitting American government acting within the rules and constraints of the American constitution. The constitution is the supreme law of the land.
No foreign law may ever be superimposed over our constitution.
The UN, of course, disagrees with that statement, because the UN considers itself to be the keeper and enforcer of "International Law", and holds all the world, including the USA, to be subject to that law.
UDHR 2, for example, holds all nations subject to its rules, in a blatant violation of the principle of national sovereignty, which it falsely claims to protect.
And UDHRs 13 through 15 imply recognition of sovereignty of nations, but the UN's association and full agreement with the EU (European Union) absolutely opposes and seeks to eliminate from the earth all sovereign nations with borders. What the UN and the EU, and vast numbers of NGOs (Non-Government Agencies) are driving at is a one world government, superimposed over all existing sovereign governments.
And you might wonder about the quite legitimate unanswered question of what all those non-government agencies are doing inside an organization of sovereign nation governments. And the answer would be, stabbing all of the sovereign nations in the back.
The UDHR seems innocent enough until you get past number 21; then it goes off the rails. Until you get to number 22, it seems to be almost listing the American constitutional rights, and that's a good thing. But then, it goes all socialistic, insisting that the people of the world, including the people of the USA, have a "right" to have all their wants and needs taken care of by the state, from the cradle to the grave.
At taxpayer expense.
Which is nonsense, in America. We were constituted to be a largely self-governing and self-sustaining citizenry; we take care of ourselves. That's what the right to liberty is all about.
We last spoke of the communist seeds in the UDHR in the Political Ideologies page, specifically right here. It started out with FDR's Four Freedoms, specifically the Freedom From Want socialistic stupidity.
It is now trying to make whatever anyone wants into a right to have it.
That is anti-American socialism on steroids. And Socialism is what gave birth to all the UDHR rights from number 22 right on down the list.
No one has a natural law "right" to social security. The Socialistic President FDR enacted the American social security Ponzi scheme, we believe, out of malice, with full knowledge aforethought of how it would eventually wreck the American economy. Americans today have a right to it because they were forced to pay into it, but it is an unnatural and self-dooming program.
Back in 2012 we recommended a path to shutting down social security without causing anyone on social security to lose it; they would continue to receive SS checks till the day they died. Then, in January of this year we updated that plan (see the Social Security page) by changing the cut-off date to be merely the date from which no new citizens entering the work force would receive a social security card and social security number, nor would they pay anything into social security. Those already participating in social security, both those still working and those retired, would stay on social security, for life. Much simpler than the original idea.
Both plans presupposed passage of the FairTax replacing the income tax, the FICA tax and all other federal taxes on citizens, because then, for the first time in its history, social security (and everything else) would be fully funded on into the future. And it would be funding a shrinking social security cost because it would be funding a shrinking population; the exact opposite of the current situation, where the retired population was growing to be the same size and eventually larger population than the contributing (working) citizen population. An impossible situation. That's why so many over the years have called it a crooked Ponzi-scheme.
Social Security Ponzi-SchemeIn 1945 it took 42 American workers paying into social security to fund one social security retiree. In America, life expectancy rates have gone higher than nearly anywhere else on earth, and people are living longer. In 2010, the number of retirees had increased so much that, to pay that retirement expense out of social security, it took three still working contributors to fund that same one retiree. Sooner or later, if it is not stopped, it will not be able to support itself at all, and will have to be funded by other taxes.
It is already taking more of the federal budget than defense. In fact, all the "social" federal programs, including social security, absolutely dwarf defense spending. Yet defense is what the Marxocrats always want to cut whenever they want to fund another social program.
If you don't smell a rat in this, there's something wrong with your nose.
All of that addressed the bogus "right" to taxpayer funded retirement, item 22 in the UDHR. What about the rest of it?
UDHR 23: the bogus right to a job, to favorable work conditions and to taxpayer funded unemployment if they lose that job. And to a set pay, enough to support his house and family "in dignity", and with other taxpayer funded supplemental income. And a bogus right to join one of the international trade unions born of the 1848 publication of the communist manifesto and run by communists and gangsters to oppose the bourgeoisie and capitalism, and to support and fund the Marxocrat Party.
To need a job, or to want a job, is not to have a right to a job. The free market, and not any government or any other authority, decides what jobs are available, what various job qualifications might be and what the pay will be.
UDHR 24: the bogus right to leisure time with pay and limited working hours.
UDHR 25: the bogus right to an employer and/or taxpayer funded "standard of living", i.e., a right to food, clothing, shelter, medical care, support for bastard children, with all that supplied by taxpayer dollars even in cases of "lack of livelihood".
To "need" health care is not to have a "right" to health care. Like jobs, and like food, health care is a free market provided thing, with a cost. Just like water, and food, both of which are more desperately needed than health care, but which everyone either produces for himself, or pays someone else to produce for him. Yet, you will die a lot sooner from lack of water or lack of food than from lack of health care.
The only reason health care is so expensive in America is that government and government-directed insurance are unconstitutionally controlling it. See the Socialized Medicine pages. It would be a lot cheaper and a lot better if it went back to being free market controlled. Like water, like food, like shelter, like clothing, it's a private sector matter.
UDHR 26: the bogus right to a taxpayer funded education, with compulsory citizen participation, to be government-directed education aimed at furthering the goals and programs of the United Nations.
America never should have established the public school system and never should have ever passed any truancy laws or otherwise mandated student enrollment. Education is more properly in the private sector than government-run. Many if not most of the original signers of the Declaration and Constitution were never formally educated, although all were obviously very well educated.
When government takes over any private sector thing it turns to Schiff.
UDHR 28: the bogus right to socialism and a socialist form of government.
UDHR 29: the bogus right to support the UN, and the bogus legal requirement to not ever oppose the UN.
Growing the Newest American Elite Class: Spoiled Brats
This is what UN-dominated American and world "education" is cranking out today: Sophomoric "Intellectuals", spoiled brats, emotional cripples and insane people, i.e., people who have lost touch with reality.
Teaching a kid, from kindergarten through advanced university degree programs, that he has a universally recognized human right to something convinces him that he does indeed have a right to have it, and that he should, indeed he must, be prepared to fight to keep it.
Even though it isn't true. It doesn't matter. He has been taught otherwise.
It started, we believe, with the Femi-Nazi movement. We are reminded of Rush Limbaugh's Undeniable Truth Number 24:
"Feminism was established so as to allow unattractive
women easier access to the mainstream of society".
Seems pretty undeniable to us.
It's good that women got the vote (applause, applause) and that they were recognized as the intellectual equals of men. But of course, to the agitators, that was not enough. They had to be seen as able to do everything men were doing, even though they couldn't; but they won that political battle too, as proved by the existence of female firemen. But that wasn't enough either.
They had to be accepted by all government and all private sector employers in equal numbers to male employees, or that would constitute discrimination against them and there would be hell to pay. Again, they won, and again, that wasn't enough.
All males had to praise them and recognize their (non-existent) superior abilities, and never bring up the lowered standards, or or suffer the charges of Male Chauvinism and discrimination, in lawsuits and in job-jeopardizing conflicts.
Men are today legally forced to pretend that women are the same as men.
Even though they are not.
It was the same with the homosexuals and other perverts. Even without their Homo-Nazi political movement, homos insisted upon and got acceptance in all areas of American life and society. And it wasn't enough. Call them spoiled, like the feminists. Once they were generally accepted, and "allowed" to be openly homosexual, they assumed it to be their universal human right to be homosexual, meaning that everyone else had to recognize that right, under pain of laws and rules.
And, of course, that wasn't
enough. Like the feminists, they had to be employed and accepted
everywhere by everyone, whether they liked it or not, and when they
were, that was not enough either.
Today they dare to accuse the Holy Bible of "Hate Speech" and insist that graphic homosexual pornography be included in educational homo curricula and dare to charge opposition to any of that with homophobia.
Right.
You can follow the same progressive trail to the same progressive conclusion if you start with the Eco-Nazi Movement, the Racial-Nazi Movement or the Immigrant-Nazi Movement, all sponsored by the Marxocrat Party, and that party's chief sponsors like George Soros.
UN Sponsored, Cultural Marxism Driven "Education" is Destroying Nations and Destroying America from the Inside
A current news story highlights the depth of the mass psychological problem.
Kansas City Chiefs Kicker Harrison Butker delivered what turned into a super-controversial commencement address at the Catholic Benedictine College in Atchison Kansas. The super-controversial part?
"Some of you may go on to lead successful careers in the world, but I would venture to guess that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring into this world," Butker, 28, said. "I can tell you that my beautiful wife Isabelle would be the first to say that her life truly started when she began living her vocation as a wife and a mother."
What was controversial about that? Why, it was touting motherhood, of all things, for women, of all things, as some kind of "vocation", of all things.
Even women considered to be conservative, Katrina Szish of NewsMax, for instance, took issue with Butker's assumption that a majority of women in the audience were most excited about marriage and children.
Why?
Women are perfectly free to choose a career, or whatever, over marriage
and children, but there is nothing wrong with the opposite choice. What
have we become if it is true that most women now prefer to not be
married and not have children?
It seems safe to assume that a Catholic college would be attended by a majority of Catholic students, and Catholic teaching is quite in line with everything Butker said. Why would a majority of women in that audience not look forward to marriage and children?
Because the UN says otherwise? Because education says otherwise?
This is the UN-guided thinking that gave birth to the contraceptive mindset that threatens and helps to doom the human species.
It is the indoctrination and propaganda that glorifies, celebrates and legally protects all of the sterile sexual perversions, grants them legal rights and insists that everyone kow tow to them and pretend that there is nothing wrong with them.
The UN is not only anti-American; it is anti-human.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
Pray for a strategic alliance between President Trump and excommunicated Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano against the common conspiratorial criminality in the American and Catholic political parties.

Agreed. However, we wish Butker was as outspoken on Catholic faith in all company and in all situations, rather than strictly in a Catholic venue. We took strong issue with his refusal to bear witness on the Football field, as we noted back in Harrison Buckner's Brown Scapular page.
