Of All the Evils and Inefficiencies President Trump is Killing, Government Controlled Education will prove to be the Most Vital to America's Future

Education, like abortion, and like homosexuality, marriage, health care, climate control, diseases, species protection, food, wages, prices, jobs, etc., etc., etc., is not to be found in the limited and enumerated legislative powers of the federal government in Article 1 Section 8. Therefore, Constitutionally, it cannot be a federal law, and the three coequal branches of federal government are constitutionally prohibited from addressing it in any way.
But, they did it anyway, and because they did it and got away with doing it, they call it "constitutional" and they call those who want to undo it "threatening our constitutional rights" and "threatening our democracy".
But they are not constitutional rights, and this is not a democracy.
The original establishment of the department of education (ED) was a criminal act in direct violation of the constitution, which is the supreme law of the land. In establishing ED the federal government went outside of its limited constitutional scope of authority. Whatever is not in Article 1 Section 8 is left to the states and to the people to legally address, whether or however they may chose.
The facts that it was done and that it was not challenged does not mean that it was not a crime. Everyone involved in the creation, running and growing of ED, over all the years of its existence, was acting in direct violation of the constitution.
That's a crime.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
It is especially no excuse for anyone who pledged their allegiance to the constitution in a solemnly sworn oath of office.
The whole purpose of our constitutional republic form of government is to,
- recognize that majorities can be lead astray and wrong,
- temper democracy so that we don't fall into mob rule,
- have representative government where the people have a voice,
- limit the scope of federal government to non-local issues,
- grant sovereign state, sovereign local government and sovereign citizens appropriate liberty and sovereign authority,
- protect all constitutionally guaranteed rights of the citizens against all contrary actions of all levels of government.
Marxocrats, Unicrats and RINO Republicrats may squeal and gnash their teeth against the Trump/Musk actions to take down ED as "an attack on our democracy" and "an end of representative government", all they want, but the facts are that the exact opposite is true.
- We the people had nothing to say about the illegal establishment of ED, and we have nothing to say about the running of it.
- The ED, like a blue million other regulating federal bureaucracies, issues unrepresentative "regulations" with full force of law behind them, unlegislated, unsigned into law, and absolutely unrepresentative.
- Every one of these regulations is unconstitutionally, i.e., criminally, regulated into being, and criminally enforced.
Unelected and unaccountable federal bureaucrats "regulating" lower levels of American government and the American citizenry is not only illegal in America, it is undemocratic and anti-democratic all over the world.
It is by ED regulations and directives on teacher qualification and employment, curricula and education standards that we now have widespread belief in such evil and culturally destructive nonsense as,
- the anti-scientific nonsense of Darwinism, Freudianism, Marxism and Islam;
- the anti-science belief in "born to be" homosexuals and other sexual perverts;
- the existence of transsexuals, and the possibility that you may be one,
- the perfect goodness and social acceptability of cross-dressers, transvestites and drag queens, as exemplified by the Ru Paul Drag Race TV show;
- the anti-science belief in anthropomorphic climate change;
- the anti-science belief in humanity destroying nature;
- the anti-science belief in the non-existence of God;
- the anti-science belief that white people are genetically racist;
- the anti-science belief that men are misogynistic;
- the anti-science preference of diversity over merit qualification;
- the erroneous belief that MAGA is Nazi/Fascist;
- the erroneous belief that Marxocratism is not communistic;
- the erroneous belief that Big Government Knows Best.
And more; much more.
The more ED controls education, the more semi-literate and illiterate the American population becomes. The more ED teaches children what to think, the less the American population knows how to think.
The more ED teaches (and government illegally mandates) what to eat, the fatter and sicker the whole population becomes. The more they teach (and direct) how to be healthy, the more unhealthy we all become. The more they "educate" us, the dumber we get. The farther they move our thoughts away from God, the unholier we become. The more they espouse immorality, the more degenerate we become. The more depraved we become, the more in need of being governed we become. The more they weaken our individual sense of independency, the more we depend on big-brother government for everything.
We can all thank ED for the now widespread citizen belief that HBAACOTE11 , and that what the world needs most of all is WBESSWG17 , and that the world would be better off if we were all as "inclusive" and as "diverse" and adopted the "morality" of BMDFP10 and Clintons.The last thing we the people need is a federal government tyrannically directing us, all of us, all across the land, in what to believe, what to eat, what to drive, what to consume or not consume, how to be healthy, what to be vaccinated against, what "shots" should be incorrectly believed to be actual "vaccines", what "news" to consume and what "news" to avoid, what people to love and what people to hate.
But ED "educates" us to embrace all of those absurdities, and more. And that anyone who doesn't go along with any of it is an uneducated ignoramus. After all, that's how we all "know" that people are born to be gay, or addicts, or criminally inclined, and that's how god made them, and so we all ought to accept them as they are and, like, love them into assimilation, to the point where the situation is reversed, and the whole citizenry is actually assimilating into them.
Do you see how it works? ED eats America out from the inside.
What to do with the public schools
We have argued in other pages on this site that,
- public schools should be privatized,
- federal funds should be cut off to public schools and all colleges and universities,
- federal contracts should be pulled from Islamo-Commie-Homo universities and given to pro-Christian and pro-American universities.
- All schools should be run as private sector competitive teaching institutions, competing with other private, parochial schools and home schooling, as private businesses, and allowed to sink or swim on nothing more than tuitions, sports and alumni.
After ED is shut down, all federal funding of schools should end.
If the States are smart, they will do the same thing, eliminating state education bureaucracies and cutting public school funding.
If local County, city and other local governments are smart, they will do the same thing.
All public schools are actually government property, of some level(s) of government. All who work in public schools are government employees. Teachers, administrators, janitors, groundskeepers, etc., all, are paid by our tax dollars.
If any given public school is now operating and teaching students, then,
- the level(s) of government that own the school and employ all the school workers should consider the possibility of giving or gifting the whole school property, grounds and facilities to the current administration and staff running the school, for three test years.
- The current administration and staff should be allowed to try to run and maintain the school and the teaching load, pay the utilities and meet the payroll as an actual competitive business, on nothing more than revenues gleaned from tuition from parents and contributions from alumni.
- If they are able to do all that successfully for three years, the deal is sealed and they keep the property and the business. If the business fails, ownership reverts back to the level(s) of government that gave it to them, and they can sell it (or give it) to someone more competent to run it as a private business.
This plan, if adopted, would likely kill the teacher's unions in every school that went for the plan. Like all government unions, teacher's unions currently "negotiate" with and strike against the government for higher wages, more benefits, etc., without even considering the parents and others who pay the taxes it all comes out of. When the government no longer pays for any of that, the unions will have to "negotiate" with and potentially strike against the parents, who will then be their direct employers.
Currently, parents have no say in teacher's wages. They only pay. They have no voice in negotiations. Even when a union quarrel goes to arbitration, it's one government faction arbitrating with another government faction, and the tax payers have no meaningful input.
It's stupid, I know, but that's the way it is.
It's time for teachers to face the ones they actually work for and who pay their salaries, when Johnny can't read or do simple arithmetic, and maybe thinks he's a girl, hates Jews and burns American flags.
Them's my thoughts on the subject.
Moving America from a tax-based
back to a tariff-based economy
It looks to me like President Trump is looking to go the Fair Tax route and eventually return us to a Tariff tax system, as it was in the beginning. In eliminating the income tax and the IRS, He would be putting huge amounts of expendable income into the pockets of the giant American "Bourgeois" Middle Class, causing an American and world economic boom the likes of which have never been seen.
And when he does it, he will not just be undoing the hidden, evil and purposeful anti-American deep-state shadow-government shenanigans of the Clintons, the Obamas and the Bidens. This all goes back a long, long ways.
It got it's biggest boost and maybe kickoff from the Woodrow Wilson administration, described in the original Wilson's Press treatment, Wilson's seduction of the news media, his creation of the graduated income tax, his democratization of the Senate, and his institution of the "independent of US government" US FED.
FDR's New Deal got the big federal bureaucracies going, and gave birth to unelected and unaccountable government employees, enacting by "regulation" what the congress couldn't enact through legislation. Those original "bureaus" have all grown into behemoths, and multiplied themselves to the point where today federal government employees may be the biggest single American work force, dwarfing all corporations and industries, and they actually rival the congress, the presidency and the court in raw political power.
They are the real shadow government.
They, and the Marxocrat Party that owns and operates them, are the real criminal opposition setting all the traps for Trump and Elon.
Pray for Trump and Elon; they're going to need it.
Only when and if they succeed will America be great again.
