The Unconstitutional Green New Deal Program Aimed At Wrecking America

Constitutionally, American government is supposed to be very small. But then, who reads the Constitution any more?

The Green New Deal is not the first anti-American political program introduced in America, and Biden is not the first anti-American President in American history. The trail of anti-Americanism in American federal government is quite long, but still not even recognized by most Americans. The tired old How To Boil A Frog analogy is apt. 

It began with the slow transfer of ruling power from the Constitution - the law - to the unconstitutional and therefore illegal Political Parties. Today, finally, the Political Parties rule every aspect of the American federal government, nearly all of which today stand outside of the Constitution - the law. 

As a result, the government is huge, the Constitution is all but forgotten and the Parties rule the law - the law does not rule the Parties.

All nations have enemies of the nation within their borders, but they are most naturally a minuscule minority, comprised of criminals, psychopaths, sociopaths and perhaps a few traitors. For the most part, they all wind up in prisons, asylums or deported out of the nation. 

In America's case, the native enemies of the nation found protection in anti-American political parties, and there they grew into a not so minuscule, ever growing and increasingly dangerous minority. 

If you seek to know how any rational thinker could not see the sheer nationally suicidal lunacy behind the Green New Deal, you have to look back at the history of the growth of the anti-American sentiment in and through American politics driven by our unconstitutional political parties. 

The whole reason President Abraham Lincoln picked the anti-American Confederate party racist Andrew Johnson to be his Vice President was to show how a Unionist and a Confederate could reconcile after the Civil War and unite as brothers again in one unified nation under God. That was the whole goal of Lincoln's Reconstruction plan for the South: Unity, not only in law, but in the hearts and souls of Americans, and that they could reconcile and all be united as Americans and brothers again. 

But, of course, Lincoln was assassinated, Johnson became President, and Lincoln's Reconstruction plan went into the trash. Johnson was an absolutely dedicated anti-American racist and Confederate for life, flat out opposed to the Constitutional right to Equality and dedicated to, at the very least, keeping the races segregated, if not raising up the South again to continue the war. 

While Congress was in recess Johnson handed out pardons by the thousands and allowed southern states to set up "black codes" that essentially kept slavery alive under different names, forms and ownership, and the KKK was born. 

America writ large was moving in the equality direction, with all holdups in that progress being brought about by the Confederate-Democrat Party politicians, not solely in the South, but predominantly there. Still, equality was winning the moral argument overall. 

Until the Presidency of Woodrow Wilson; a true son of the Confederacy, raised in a Confederate house by racist parents, who was also a budding or fledgling Communist. Perhaps President Teddy Roosevelt had laid some of the Socialist groundwork ahead of time by growing the federal government beyond it's constitutional limits and putting government in charge of state, local and private sector matters, such as national parks. There was no reason to believe that the federal government could handle such matters and do a better job of it than state, local and private sector authorities and property owners. 

But where Teddy Roosevelt acted out of an elitist altruistic motive of preserving nature and natural beauty, Wilson acted out of a systematic plan to bring America down as a Constitutional Republic. He instituted America's abominable graduated income tax (in accordance with item number 02 of the 10 Pillars of Communism), he created the FED, a cabal of Crony Bankers granted independence from government authority over the management, printing and coining of American currency and treasure (in accordance with item number 05 in the 10 Pillars of Communism) and he took away the Constitutional right of the sovereign state governments to appoint their own two Senators to the US Congress, transforming all American Senators from statesmen into mere politicians (in accordance with Marsx's dictum, "Democracy is the road to socialism." --Karl Marx). Thanks to Wilson, the whole Congress is now comprised of professional politicians, rather than a political House of Representatives set against a balancing Senate insulated against politics. 

Woodrow Wilson re-segregated an already desegregated government. He single-handedly brought the very nearly extinct KKK back to life. But, perhaps the worst thing he did to America was to take his Democrat Party from supporting the Confederate States against America, to following the evil stratagems of Marx laid out in his 1848 Manifesto, and planting the seeds of a future Revolution or internal overthrow of the American Constitutional government. And I believe it was less out of any love of Socialism or Socialist ideas than it was of a pure hatred of America. 

He didn't believe in the American principle of equality. He opposed it. And he hated America for having won the Civil War. 

As best I can determine Wilson was the first head of the already anti-American Democrat Party to take it into Marxist ideology, which, in Constitutional America, is just another form of conspiratorial criminality. The Marxist tone and tenor of the Democrat Party is why we refer to it in these webpages as the Marxocrat Party, and we do it less as a criticism than a wake-up call, or a simple statement of a very dangerous fact. 

The next Marxocrat President to do horrible damage to America and the American citizenry, especially to Marxism's hated "bourgeois" middle-class, was President Herbert Hoover. He and he alone was the total cause of The Great Depression, which nearly destroyed the American economy and wreaked economic havoc all over the world. Shanty-towns and hobo camps opened up all over America due to so many people who lost everything, from businesses and farms and homes and jobs and incomes, to even lives. Soup lines were everywhere, and insufficient to the need. There was good reason that these cardboard and tin slapped together shantytowns were called "Hoovervilles". The blame for the great depression rests on Hoover, another Marxocrat. 

The very next Marxocrat Prsident, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, doubled down on Hoover's mistakes, doing exactly what Hoover did only on a grander scale. Growing government, raising taxes, spending like crazy with all sorts of new expensive programs. His famous New Deal was really Hoover's old deal put on steroids. He interfered with wages, prices, interest rates, money supply and all things he should have left alone for natural law to handle. Building a huge pyramid of regulating and "administering" bureaucracies to rule over the American citizenry from outside of the Constitutional government. He started unemployment insurance, and the greatest Ponzi scheme ever invented with Social Security. 

Undermining actual God-givenl natural law rights of man, FDR promoted his famous Four Freedoms, which other Marxists then built on and grew into the Universal Human Rights, as laid out in the Political Ideologies page. Few recognized them for their unnaturalness, their impossibility of proper fulfillment or their danger to real, as opposed to imaginary, natural law rights of man.

The trouble with all of this is that American citizens tend to love and revere and not suspect their Presidents. Few imagine that their own elected President would do anything to harm them or their nation or their Constitution. FDR was and perhaps is today one of the most beloved of American Presidents with citizens who remember him.

Despite all that he did. 

And that fact tends to make the American citizenry a little more Marxist, even if they never even thought about the irreconcilable differences between Marxism and the American Constitution. What FDR did was Marxist; millions of American citizens loved FDR; in a weak sense, perhaps, that makes millions of American citizens pro-Marxist, which is to say, anti-American. 

Marxism, like Islam, is so anti-American and so radically opposed to every principle in the Declaration of Independence and to all that the American Constitution establishes that it ought to be recognized as a dangerous conspiratorial criminal enterprise operating inside America. 

The Marxist (and Marxocrat Party) psychological war on the principle of national sovereignty overtook the racism and simpler Marxism of Marxocrat President Lyndon Baines Johnson in office. He was too slow to realize, in his protection of the sovereignty of South Vietnam and the prosecution of the Vietnam War that the globalist spirit had overpowered the very idea of sovereign nations in his own political party. We described this anti-sovereignty movement in It's all about sovereignty.

Johnson may have been the last President, Marxist though he may have been, to give a damn about the principle of national sovereignty (with the sole exception of President Donald J. Trump). Johnson's "Great Society" programs mimicked those of Hoover and FDR, and with the Republicrat sponsored but passed under his administration Civil Rights and Voting acts, he and his party were able to psychologically switch the blame for racism in America from the Marxocrats to the Republicrat Party, with the aid of the then equally Marxist and anti-American academia and news media.

It was the Marxist media, with Walter Cronkite in the lead, that took the Johnson  Presidency down, lost the Vietnam War for America and advanced the cause of international Communism (aka Globlaism) in America and in the world. 

The next typical Marxocrat spend, spend, spend, cut defense, grow the government, shrink the private sector, alternative-energy nut President in the line was President Jiminy Carter, who brought us double-digit inflation, double-digit interest rates, double-digit unemployment, almost suicidal weakness in foreign relations, the giveaway of the Panama Canal and total failure to protect American citizens anywhere abroad. A one termer. 

But, following a total American recovery and return to strength and prosperity under President Ronald Reagan, we had the Repbulicrat and yet globalist "read my lips" Bush 41, who undid nearly all that Reagan had accomplished. Then, we had the dual Presidency of Hillary and Billary Clinton, with all the attendant scandals, the almost open criminality, huge government growing programs and the further corrupting of the Permanent Government. Note that the Clintons were still using the Confederate Flag in their campaign material, as pointed out in the Confederate Flag page. 

Then, we had the Republicrat Bush 43, another "conservative" and yet Globalist New World Order President walking in his father's footprints. He replaced no one, and let the increasingly Marxist and anti-American permanent government just grow itself. 

And then came Comrade President Obama, peace be upon him, who was both a Communist and a Moslem. It just doesn't get any more anti-American than that. Trump, in his first three years, undid nearly all the damage done so far by the Marxocrats, but, the former eight years of Obamunism proved to be the perfect setup for the Biden election steal.

And here we are.

The Nationally Destructive Nuttiness of the Green New Deal

Is it any wonder that the Marxocrats now push the whole package of the destruction of the American economy and the American Constitution with the impracticalities and insanities of their Green New Deal?

Just look at the sheer stupidity of the main points of the plan, as put fort they the Communist-Globalist-Marxocrats Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and Senator Endward Markey:

• "Guaranteeing a job with a family-sustaining wage, adequate family and medical leave, paid vacations, and retirement security to all people of the United States."
• "Providing all people of the United States with – (i) high-quality health care; (ii) affordable, safe, and adequate housing; (iii) economic security; and (iv) access to clean water, clean air, healthy and affordable food, and nature."
• "Providing resources, training, and high-quality education, including higher education, to all people of the United States."
• "Meeting 100 percent of the power demand in the United States through clean, renewable, and zero-emission energy sources."
• "Repairing and upgrading the infrastructure in the United States, including . . . by eliminating pollution and greenhouse gas emissions as much as technologically feasible."
• "Building or upgrading to energy-efficient, distributed, and ‘smart’ power grids, and working to ensure affordable access to electricity."
• "Upgrading all existing buildings in the United States and building new buildings to achieve maximal energy efficiency, water efficiency, safety, affordability, comfort, and durability, including through electrification."
• "Overhauling transportation systems in the United States to eliminate pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from the transportation sector as much as is technologically feasible, including through investment in – (i) zero-emission vehicle infrastructure and manufacturing; (ii) clean, affordable, and accessible public transportation; and (iii) high-speed rail."
• "Spurring massive growth in clean manufacturing in the United States and removing pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from manufacturing and industry as much as is technologically feasible."
• "Working collaboratively with farmers and ranchers in the United States to eliminate pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from the agricultural sector as much as is technologically feasible."

This is a plan to make the Communist planners rich while making the citizenry of the USA all equal in poverty. It is stupidity piled upon stupidity, but pushed forth on an invented emergency basis, under the imaginary threat of planetary doom due to non-existent man-caused climate change. 

As much as I hate to pop their super-heated global-threat balloon, 

• There ain't no such thing as anthropomorphic climate change. 
• There ain't no such thing as a greenhouse gas. 
• There ain't no such thing as dangerously limited resources. 
• They have even propagandized local weather reporting.
• There ain't no such thing as renewable energy. 
• Everything they list is outside the legal scope of federal government, as laid down in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution. That means it is illegal for them to even address any of it, whether in legislation, enforcement or adjudication of law.
• They know that, but they don't care. They are criminals.

Even assuming that some day it may be possible to switch everything to battery power, batteries have to be recharged somehow, and their ain't no such thing as an instant recharge of a major output demand battery. 

The Eco-Nazis and hair-on-fire Eco-Nuts have a warped and downright stupid sense of entrepreneurialism and inventiveness, having been steeped in pro-Communist anti-American education most if not all of their lives. They have no idea how natural capitalism really works. 

They think that elimination of oil, gas and coal will force industry and brilliant entrepreneurs to develop alternative fuels for heating and colling homes, driving vehicles, running aircraft, ships, trains, trucks and motor scooters, cooking food, etc., etc., etc. But that's not how it works. They put the cart before the horse. 

Elimination of fuel for reasons of forcing alternative energy sources will devastate nations and economies and bring about famine and mass starvation all over the world, with millions or even billions of deaths, and not any alternative solution at all. Entrepreneurs will be too busy scrambling to survive to invent anything. 

You're not getting any big airliner so much as off the ground, let alone across any continent or ocean, on any battery power, now, or ever. Even if you put windmills and solar panels all over the plane, and the best batteries anyone can develop, it won't even get off the ground. 

Even electric vehicles today have to be charged up using electricity produced by burning oil, gas and coal, because solar and wind are so expensive and unreliable, since the wind doesn't always blow and the sun doesn't always shine. "Renewable" energy is a pipe dream; an imaginary goal toward which the Communists lure the ignorant. 

The real reason the Marxocrats push windmills and solar panels is that windmills and solar panels are all manufactured in Communist China, and the Marxocrat Party is Communist before it is anything else. 

But these are not blind guides leading the world into a pit.

They are evil conspirators. They know full well where they are going.
