Amid the confusing Presidential flurry of political lefts, rights, jabs and uppercuts, the genius of President Trump comes shining through again. His deconstruction of the "anchor baby" illegal path to American citizenship via Presidential executive order is a brilliant strategy. It was at once challenged, which, I believe, is what he wanted to happen. It will now wind its way to an ultimate supreme court decision, and the legal, spiritual, moral and material science facts are all on his side. 

As a strict matter of law, no one is automatically an American citizen just because they were born here. Natural born American citizens have to be born of American citizen parents, wherever they are born. That's the law, and it's also simple common sense. 

As pointed out by Mark Levin, both the Civli Rights Act of 1866, which undid the horrible Dred Scott decision and was a precursor to the Reconstruction Amendments, including the 14th Amendment itself, insist that a baby born on US soil is under the jurisdiction of its parents, who are under the jurisdiction of their native land, whatever and wherever that native land may be. 

In other words, a visiting tourist, scholar, ambassador, diplomat, etc., who is a citizen and subject of a foreign land who gives birth to a baby while in America, has every right to claim that child as a citizen of their own native land. And legally, that is indeed the case. The baby has no standing as an American citizen. 

Since the Magna Carta and the birth of Common Law, Common Law has always assumed citizenship of a newborn baby to be that of its parents. It's called birthright citizenship. 

To say nothing about any foreign illegal alien who came here illegally in the eighth month of pregnancy just to give birth, take the baby home, and then come back 18 years later with a whole family sponsored by the anchor baby. 

The whole reason for the Civil Rights Act of 1866, and of the Reconstruction Amendments (13, 14, 15) was to grant full American citizenship to former slaves, and to no one else. 

Here's what the Civil Rights act of 1866 said about it:

"... That all persons born in the United States and not subject to any foreign power, excluding Indians not taxed, are hereby declared to be citizens of the United States;..."  [Emphasis added]

If the parents were subject to a foreign power then so is the newborn, by birthright. 

American Indians were assumed to be born under the same tribal jurisdiction as the parents, and not under the jurisdiction of the USA. 

Note well that the act was vetoed by the racist Democrat President Andrew Johnson and that Congress overrode his veto to get it passed. 

Here's what the Constitution's 14th Amendment says about it:

"...All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. ..."  [Emphasis added]

It's interesting to note how all the anchor-baby champions always leave out the "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" clause whenever they quote the 14th Amendment. 

It's also interesting to note that Kamala Harris' parents were not American, and therefore she cannot legally claim native born American citizenship. 

As noted elsewhere in this site, in natural law as well as common law, paternalism rules, and so inherited nationality is from the father, not the mother, which calls into question the native born citizenship of Comrade Obama peace be upon him because his father was a foreigner. 

Once upon a time, in pre-WOKE, pre-DEI and pre-Femi-Nazi America, the natural normative human family was Paternalistic, the man was the head of the house, and that remains the way it is in our house as, long as it's OK with the wife. 

Getting the anchor baby matter out there via executive order and letting all the furious opposition lawsuits foam up and rain down on it was another brilliant move of Trump 47, because, while there are no guarantees, it is extremely likely that the eventual and inevitable Supreme Court decision on the matter will side with common law, the 1866 civil rights law and the 14th Amendment, as written, intended and ratified. 

It's a good move for the constitutional right to American citizenship. 

What about the Constitutional Right to Life?

A Presidential executive order defining unborn American babies to be living human beings could do the same thing for the right to life. 

The opposition lawsuits would foam up and rain down on the order, and another legal process would begin winding its way up to another landmark Supreme Court decision. 

The Marxocrat Party anti-baby argument that unborn babies are,

  1. not living, and/or, 
  2. not human,

highlighted either the stupidity or the evil of the Supreme Court Justices and the lawyers who argued the issue before them. In arguing Roe v Wade, justices repeatedly asked lawyers - not scientists, not theologians, but lawyers - when life began, or when humanness began. As if the matter could be determined by thoughtful discussion and debate rather than by simple facts. 

Within any living species, including the human species, the life of any unit within the species doesn't ever begin; it continues; it is transmitted, from parents to children, throughout the life span of the whole species. Like all species, humanity had a genesis, and it will have an extinction, on this earth. Between those two events life will be transmitted from parents to children, continuously, until the end. 

Here's how we laid out the facts in the Abortion page:

Regarding human life, it is the same as any species of life; within the species, life begins once and only once, with the species genesis, and it ends once and only once, in an event called extinction. Between those two events, for each unit of the species, life does not ever begin, it continues; it is transmitted. There are no exceptions to this rule. Let us discuss the beginning point of life for a unit of a species: conception.

Regarding the human species: Every single sperm cell, and every single egg cell, contains within it the exact same unique DNA code that is found within every single living cell of the living parent human being from which it came. The sperm never died, else it could not have penetrated the egg. The egg never died, else it could never have been penetrated. Once these two living and identifiably human cells get together, they form a one-celled Zygote, which, immediately, generates within itself a brand new DNA combination from the two sets of human DNA that came from the sperm and the egg. At this point, we have a completely determinate and absolutely unique human being, with hair and eye color, among other things, already pre-ordained. For that human being, unique in all the world, life has begun. It will continue to live until some event terminates its life.

A living cell or glob of cells in a womb, or in a Petri dish, or anywhere else do not ever go poof and begin to live, or go poof and suddenly become human. Currently living cells of any variety did not come from any source other than similar living cells; only life continuously begets life, in a manner in which life itself never ceases, for a species. That's the nature of life. It's not hard to understand. No species of life ever observed ever began to live except once, nor did any ever cease to live except once, and in between those events, life is transmitted in a process in which life begets life, without ceasing. Within the human species, it is the life of the individual units as well as the whole species that Judeo-Christian morality regards as sacred. The Court has made itself separate from the rest of us and placed itself in direct opposition to us; the Court, in its majority, clearly holds nothing whatsoever to be sacred.

The Court's time would have more productively and less harmfully been spent deliberating on the number of angels that might be able to dance on the head of a pin. Instead, we learned from "our" highest Court, that abortion is a right, and euthanasia might be a right, and the continuation of life is only sometimes a right, for some of us. See?

In truth the "agonizing" and "studying" the Court did leading up to their pre-ordained Roe v. Wade decision was nothing but a sham and a flagrant lie. The "public" court is what we're allowed to see, but there is a "private" court in which the real deliberations go on. Censored, of course. They wrote and talked about abortion being justified as simply being a quite logical extension of contraception, pure and simple, proving that they knew very well that what they were killing was human beings, because contraception "prevents" human beings. Not little gobs of tissue. The majority on the Court were simply the lowest form of liars, and I offer as proof that they were liars the observation that they could not possibly be so stupid as to not know that the sole desired product of an abortion is a dead baby.

William O. Douglas saw abortion as a perfectly logical extension of contraception; he said it, he wrote it, he argued it, and his immoral personal opinion ultimately carried the day in Roe v. Wade. The whole, sole purpose of the new "law" was to provide another method of human control, pure and simple, from the very beginning. The Constitution, common law, medical ethics and the morality common to Western Civilization had nothing whatsoever to do with the decision; there is no existing connection between any of them and the decision, which was strictly and purely arbitrary. The States (meaning the individual States,) all of whom had laws restricting abortion, may be damned. Der Staat (meaning, the Leviathan State) now grants the legal right to apply lethal force against an innocent unborn person, anywhere, any time, for any reason.

The constitutional right of an innocent human being to continue to live is inviolate. 

So what does "Life" mean, as the authors of the Declaration intended it, as one of the four vital foundation stones upon which to build the new American government? 

American protection of Life means, in essence, that Life is sacred, assumed innocent, and to be protected by law from its natural beginning until its natural end. That all living human beings have an absolute legal right to continue to live. 

The Church considers even sperm and egg cells to be sacred, as containing actual living human life. 

Scripture addresses this fact in the ancient custom involving a requirement of a deceased man's brother procreating a child in his dead brother's wife's womb to bear the dead brother's name when born. Quoting from the Contraception page:

Before looking at ancient and modern Catholic teaching on contraception, perhaps we should examine the pertinent Scripture a little closer.

Gen. 38:8-10

Then Judah said to Onan, "Go in to your brother's wife, and perform the duty of a brother-in-law to her, and raise up offspring for your brother." But Onan knew that the offspring would not be his; so when he went in to his brother's wife he spilled the semen on the ground, lest he should give offspring to his brother. And what he did was displeasing in the sight of the LORD, and he slew him also.

A common modern Protestant pro-contraception argument I have heard in debate regarding this Scripture is that the real sin involves not so much the spilling of the seed as the failure to perform the brotherly duty. But the punishment for that is already established in Scripture, right here:

Deut. 25:5-10

If brothers dwell together, and one of them dies and has no son, the wife of the dead shall not be married outside the family to a stranger; her husband's brother shall go in to her, and take her as his wife, and perform the duty of a husband's brother to her. And the first son whom she bears shall succeed to the name of his brother who is dead, that his name may not be blotted out of Israel. And if the man does not wish to take his brother's wife, then his brother's wife shall go up to the gate to the elders, and say, `My husband's brother refuses to perpetuate his brother's name in Israel; he will not perform the duty of a husband's brother to me.' Then the elders of his city shall call him, and speak to him: and if he persists, saying, `I do not wish to take her,' then his brother's wife shall go up to him in the presence of the elders, and pull his sandal off his foot, and spit in his face; and she shall answer and say, `So shall it be done to the man who does not build up his brother's house.' And the name of his house shall be called in Israel, The house of him that had his sandal pulled off.

So the established legal punishment for failure to perform the brotherly duty, from Scripture, is public humiliation. His shoe is removed, his face is spat upon in public, and he is called the "shoeless one."

Note well that God didn't just humiliate Onan; He killed him.

Onan was struck dead because of his sin, which was the enjoyment of the sexual act while eliminating the possibility of procreation. A perversion of the very purpose of sex. 

I submit that there is no difference between Onan spilling his seed on the ground and a man using a condom, or a woman taking drugs of infertility, or the committing of sodomy, or any other method of sexual perversion.

All of which contribute and lead to the species death of humankind.

Human sexual perversion is human species suicide. 

In Judeo-Christian thought artificial contraception is abortion.

The Marxocrat Party and other Marxists, like the Marxist USCCB and other "Bergoglio Catholics", use the perversion-caused low birth rate in America to promote the unlimited illegal migration of foreigners into America, because our declining population is a recognized death knell to our national economy. 

Abortion, artificial contraception and sexual perversion are the main tools of Materialism with which to destroy Monotheism. Acceptance of Artificial Contraception marked the single most destructive turning point in the history of Western Culture, marking the end of moral norms, foretelling eventual cultural tolerance of anything at all.

To that end, the Marxocrat Party and the Bergoglio Catholics uplift artificiality and suppress nature, and glorify this world while trivializing, glossing over and ignoring the next.

They conspire together to do that. 

President Trump 47 can undo all of that, if he will. Just as he started a political snowball rolling downhill toward a high court decision on the question of anchor babies, he could issue an executive order defining unborn babies to be living human beings. And then just let the opposition go nuts, file lawsuit after lawsuit and let the matter wind its way through the system to wind up before the Supreme Court. 

After all, the DNA says it is human, and cell-division says it is alive. 

And simple common sense, all by itself, says the exact same thing. 

All that the American nation naturally needs is exactly what all that American families naturally need:  to make more American babies. 

Pray for President Trump, and start celebrating human life again.

The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
