Darwinism - the foundational cornerstone of atheistic materialism - is undone by the simple and irrefutable scientific fact that the species are immutable.

Anti-American Politics - the main thrust of Anti-American treachery - is undone by the simple and irrefutable legal fact that America's Ruling Constitution (short of a successful amendment process ratified by a super majority of 38 states) is immutable.

Species Immutability

  • The species do not change. Mutants within species have less genetic material, never more, and thus are more simple, never more complex. This is devolution, not evolution. Every species is naturally cruising toward its own extinction. Genetic entropy insists that every generation is simpler (less genetic material) than the previous generation.
  • The species do not interbreed. It is quite impossible for members of one species to successfully interbreed with any other species and produce fertile offspring capable of reproducing.

The Constitution is short, simple, easy to read and understand

Constitutional Immutability

The American Constitution, and nothing else, defines the American federal government. By its own Constitution, the USA is the first and only government yet designed by man with the intention of:

  • Limiting governmental authority and power, and expanding citizen self-governing authority and power.
  • Specifically limited and enumerated federal governing powers.
  • Specifically identified citizen rights that may not be infringed by government.
  • Disabling and outlawing tyrannical or dictatorial government.
  • Leaving more governmental power to its many still sovereign and still independent (within Constitutional limitations) states, and to its many still sovereign and still independent (within Constitutional limitations) citizens of all of those states.
  • Leaving its fully armed citizenry the ability to overthrow an unconstitutional and therefore illegal government that has overstepped its own constitutional limitations.
  • Eliminating rule-of-man and replacing it with rule-of-law.
  • Fixing its Constitution as the sole ruler of America, with federal government, sovereign states and sovereign citizens all equally subject to its sole legitimate and legal rule over the whole nation. 

The USA, constitutionally, is not ruled by any man or group of men. The USA is ruled only by its own constitution. The federal government is temporary; the constitution is permanent. Members of the government, including the President, are ruled, equally with every other citizen, by the constitution. 

The constitution is the supreme law of the land.

No man in America is not subject to the law; no government in America is not subject to the constitution. These are immutable legal facts. 

Under the Constitution, where do lesser laws come from?

Article One of the Constitution creates the US Congress and gives it its operating instructions. The Congress has sole authority to make new laws through the legislation process. To quote the constitution:

Article. I.

Section. 1. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

The key word in that quote is "All". There are no exceptions. The Congress has the sole exclusive legal authority to make new law. The constitution nowhere grants the Congress (or the Presidency, or the Court) the authority to "delegate" any of that exclusive Congressional legislative authority to any agency or bureaucracy or other body that may exist or may be brought into existence, to make any law or any regulation that may be binding in law upon the states or the citizens. 

Article Two of the Constitution creates the US Presidency and gives it its operating instructions. The President has sole authority to execute the law through exclusive Presidential authority. To quote from Article Two Section Three of the Constitution:

"...he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed..."

Article Three of the Constitution creates the Supreme Court and gives it its operating instructions. According to Section One, "...Judges, both of supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behavior..." indicating that they should be removed from office for bad behavior. Disregarding for the moment legal cases that are international, inter-state, relating to treaties, ambassadors, etc., the Supreme Court's judicial authority is limited to Constitutional law, per Section Two:

"Section. 2. The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States..."

What this means is that the Supreme Court has no authority to adjudicate any case in any law that was not originally legislated by the Congress and was not enforceable by the Presidency in accordance with the Constitution. 

Constitutional Separation Of Governmental Powers

  1. The Congress originates all federal law. 
  2. The Presidency executes all federal law.
  3. The Supreme Court adjudicates all federal law

And never the twain shall meet. 

  • Congress cannot execute or adjudicate any federal law.
  • A President cannot make or adjudicate any federal law.
  • A Court cannot originate or enforce any federal law. 
  • If Congress did not legislate it, it cannot legally exist as federal law.
  • If it does not legally exist as federal law, a President cannot execute it.
  • If it does not legally exist as a federal law, a Court cannot adjudicate anything to do with it. 

Limited and Enumerated Powers of Federal Government

The Congress is strictly limited by the Constitution to certain areas of federal authority, outside of which Congressional legislation may not go. And if Congress cannot legislate it, it cannot legally exist in federal law, the Presidency may not enforce it as if it legally existed in law, and the Judiciary may not adjudicate it as if it legally existed in law. These limited and enumerated powers of original federal legislation of law are found in Article One Section Eight, as follow:

Section. 8. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;

To establish Post Offices and post Roads;

To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;

To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;

To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;

To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;

To provide and maintain a Navy;

To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; — And

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

All other areas of life are to be out-of-scope for any branch of the federal government to address. The listed absolute constitutional rights of the sovereign American citizenry are not the exclusive list of their rights, per Amendment Nine:

Article the eleventh [Amendment IX]

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

All areas of life outside of the limited and enumerated powers of the federal government are left to the sovereign states to govern, per Amendment Ten:

Article the twelfth [Amendment X]

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Basically, if it's not listed in Article One Section Eight, a federal case may not be made of it; it is a state or lower jurisdiction matter, or left to the citizenry to work out. 

What all this means is that the federal government is supposed to be, Constitutionally, small, limited, unobtrusive to citizen life, and actually a "part time job" that does not require elected or appointed officers to disregard or abandon their own personal business and interests. Except in time of war or national emergency, members of the government should be fully able to keep up their own homes and personal responsibilities like everyone else.

Seeking and holding elected office is not supposed to be a profession or a career unto itself. Being elected to office is supposed to be a citizen duty performed for a term or two followed by a return to ordinary citizenship, following the model established by George Washington.

The Unconstitutional Gigantic Behemoth That It Is

Look at the sheer size of today's American federal government. Try to count the government employees if you can. Look at all the areas of life that are unconstitutionally addressed in illegal "laws" that are way outside of the limited and enumerated legislative authority of Congress, many if not most of which did not even originate with any legislation by Congress at all. 

All, according to our constitution, invalid, illegal and unconstitutional. 


  • Unconstitutional "laws" that were legislated and signed into law even though they address areas outside of the limited and enumerated powers of Congress to be addressed in law.
  • Regulations with full force of law behind them issued by unconstitutionally created and unconstitutionally existing federal bureaucracies, populated by unelected, unrepresentative and completely unaccountable bureaucrats.
  • Legal "precedents" adjudicated into unconstitutional "laws" by federal courts in cases that should not have even been adjudicated by any federal court.
  •  Executive orders treated as being laws addressing areas of life that are 1. Outside of the limited and enumerated powers, and/or 2. never legislated by Congress and signed by a President to become a legitimate Constitutional federal law.

Out-of-scope laws; never properly legislated into being laws; laws created in direct violation of the separation of powers between the three coequal branches of the federal government; laws (regulations) brought into unconstitutional being by unrepresentative, unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats, operating from within tax-funded unconstitutional government bureaucracies that do not legally exist. 

The legalizing, blessing, encouraging, protecting, promoting and championing of blatant immoralities. 

Abortion. Homosexual "marriage". Marriage itself. Divorce. LGBTQ+ "rights". Medicine. Insurance. Food. Drugs. Housing. Urban development. Climate. Carbon. Education. Wages. Prices. Interest rates. Welfare of any and every kind. Child care. Hate speech. Hate crimes. Fuels. Carbon Dioxide. Elimination of Christian monuments. Building of Satanic monuments. Suppression of Christian prayer. Fuel control. Energy control. Water control. Gun control. Speech control. Press control. Information control. Political censorship. Subsidized rents. Tuition loan control. Fanny May and Freddie Mack. The FED. Occupational safety and health. Environmental Protection. "Safety-nets" of all varieties. The list is endless. 

The Constitution does not prohibit any of these things from being regulated by government at all, but it does prohibit them from being regulated or addressed by the federal government. They are matters for state and local representative governments to consider. Federal government regulation of minute aspects of citizen life is, definitively, tyrannical government. The one very thing the American Constitution was specifically designed to not be, to avoid, and to oppose.

Federal Elimination of All Natural Human Safety Nets

Perhaps the most often repeated political lie in American politics is this:

"Everyone agrees that we need a safety net for the unfortunate citizen."

The hell we do. There is no mention of safety nets in Article One Section Eight. The authors of the Constitution had no intention of establishing either a welfare-state or any kind of federal safety net at the federal government level. 

“I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents.” -James Madison.

“To take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his fathers has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers, have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, the guarantee to everyone the free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it.” -Thomas Jefferson, letter to Joseph Milligan, April 6, 1816

“Congress has not unlimited powers to provide for the general welfare, but only those specifically enumerated.” -Thomas Jefferson

“With respect to the two words ‘general welfare,’ I have always regarded them as qualified by the detail of powers connected with them. To take them in a literal and unlimited sense would be a metamorphosis of the Constitution into a character which there is a host of proofs was not contemplated by its creators.” - James Madison, in a letter to James Robertson

The government of the United States is a definite government, confined to specified objects. It is not like the state governments, whose powers are more general. Charity is no part of the legislative duty of the government. - James Madison: from a speech in the House of Representatives, January 10, 1794

We had a natural safety net before the government eliminated it. We once had, as already existing safety nets, 

  • Strong families. (Marx's Manifesto (and today's American government) seeks the destruction of the normative family, through promotion of birth control, easy divorce, abortion, homosexuality, sexual freedom, cohabitation, eugenics, euthanasia, homo-adoption, etc.
  • Strong Churches. (Marx's Manifesto (and today's American government) seeks the destruction of the Christian religion through unconstitutional Separation of Church and State secularization and religious cleansing of the nation, and the protection of rabidly and violently anti-Christian religions such as Satanism, Islam, Homo-Nazism and Communism.
  • Private Charities. (Marx's Manifesto (and today's American government) seeks to make the citizenry dependent upon the government, a notion that competes with the virtue of charity. Today private charities are government heavily regulated as suspiciously watched tax-shelters, which many of them have primarily become. 

If the unfortunate "victim" belongs to a weak, broken, inhospitable or even non-existing family, and if he does not belong to any Church, and if he does not qualify for whatever private charities offer, should the federal government take up his case? 

No. The Constitution forbids it. It is a state or local matter. 

And, it should have been a family matter, and/or, it should have been a Church matter. 

  • Truly representative government would be strengthening families and strengthening Churches, not wrecking them.
  • People who voluntarily abandon their families and abandon their Churches should accept the consequences of their actions. 

Looking back at all this unconstitutionalism, no one should be the least bit surprised at what the current Biden/Harris regime is doing to the Constitutional Republic of America

The current reigning American federal government is flat out anti-American. Every single thing they do harms the Republic. They are out to displace the Constitution entirely, eliminate Constitutional rule, and establish one-party tyrannical rule over the USA. 

The cat is out of the bag, so to speak, and we all know it now; but what is worse, they don't even care that we know it. They just keep doing it. 

They have Cloward-Pivened so many separate crises that the evil Communist Cloward-Piven strategy now applies to the sheer number of crises themselves; there are so many crises that only a few may be dealt with at once, leaving legions of others working to our destruction, completely unopposed. 

  • The all solemnly swore, in their oaths of office, to uphold the Constitution in the performance of their offices.
  • They all lied. 
  • They all either oppose the Constitution, or they fail to defend it. 

They have two motivations for wrecking Constitutional rule entirely.

First, there is the original Marxist-Globalist drive to achieve a one world government.

Second, there is the increasingly desperate need to not allow a Trumpian return to power or any resurgence of Constitutional power that might eventually send them all to prison or to the gallows. 

They see three potentially winning strategies by which to eventually achieve absolute tyrannical rule.

  1. Cheating on the next election(s) even more than they cheated on the 2020 election. 
  2. Finally succeeding in fomenting either an insurrection they can crack down on and seize all power, or, a civil war which they hope to win with their corrupted upper ranks of the military.
  3. The ultimate successful destabilizing of everything in America by the still ongoing Fourth Generation Warfare (4GW)  presenting another opportunity for a Machiavellian takeover. 

It is the last possibility that should worry us the most. In the ongoing 4GW war, the enemy is in among us. The enemy is the cleric standing next to the other clerics; the soldier standing in the ranks with other soldiers; our own family members; Employers, and employees; they are seeded among the rich, the poor and the bourgeois. 

We have to separate from them, as painful as that separation may be. 

Our Increasingly Fascist Elites

When we look at our now thoroughly Marxist Marxocrat Party and our soft-on-Marxism Republicrat Party, we are looking at our real rulers today. We have not been ruled by our Constitution for many decades now. The unconstitutional political parties now rule the government, and through the government, they rule us. 

They are not mentioned in the Constitution, yet, there they are, running the whole government, quite outside of all constitutional restraints. We are ruled not by our Constitution, but by political party agendas, which always override the Constitution. Supreme Court Justices are appointed and approved based on political party agenda adherence or opposition, and nothing else. 

Support for or opposition to abortion, for instance, which everyone seems to have forgotten is not even a federal issue, not being found anywhere in Article One Section Eight. 

It is they, the unconstitutionally existing political parties, who have instituted all the unconstitutionalism we see today in formerly Constitutional America. 

Now, they work in concert with the biggest big-business billionaires and the CEOs of the biggest corporations in America to control the populace and impose tyrannical rule over America. Afraid, at the moment, to directly order the citizenry into getting vaxed against their will, they get their partners in private enterprise to do it for them. 

Corporations order all employees and all customers to get vaxed or get out, while the evil party politicians wash their hands of it, in the image of Pontius Pilate. This goes right along with how these same corporations have supported the censorship of opposition and propagandizing of favoring comments seen in the world. 

This is Crony-Capitalism, which is the softer term for Fascism. Benito Mussolini, the 20th century father of Fascism, preferred to call it Corporatism, because it was a merger of big business with government. 

Today, when you look at Biden, Harris, Soros, Bezos, Zuckerberg, Gates, etc., etc., etc., you are looking at your real government. 

Pray for a return of Trump before the Marxist-Globalist hammer falls. 


The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us. 

The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.

Pray for a strategic alliance between President Trump and excommunicated Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano against the common conspiratorial criminality in the American and Catholic political parties.
