Is Political Lawfare Illegal, and If Not, Why Not? Do American Patriots Need To Legislate New Law Criminalizing It?

Political Lawfare is a strategic tool of anti-American politics by which pro-American politicians may be defeated and pro-American voices may be silenced. Current applications are keeping President Trump off the campaign trail, and getting pro-American voices off of the airwaves. High ranking lawyers have campaigned for office in anti-American districts promising to wage political lawfare against pro-Americans.

Law - the legal profession - has been so corrupted in America as to make lawyers every bit as reviled by the patriotic citizenry as are the current academics in such once honored institutions as Yale and Harvard. It may be seen today that lawyers operating at the top of all anti-American politically controlled districts are the chief contributors to the effort to drive all of American society into cultural suicidal sociopathy.

Waging political lawfare means prosecuting individuals and organizations rather than crimes.

The anti-American lawfare warrior targets pro-American political opponents rather than crimes or criminal activities, and then finds or conjures-into-being prosecutable charges against them.

It means finding ways to keep individuals and organizations tied up in court, spending money for their defense, potentially losing elections and/or great deals of money, or even suffering imprisonment in eventual forced settlements and plea deals if not actual convictions of whatever crimes or misdemeanors the anti-American political lawfare perpetrators can find or create.

Letitia James and Alvin Bragg actually campaigned on the promise to "get Trump". And New York is now so anti-American that that kind of political campaign is a likely political winner there. New York is now every bit as anti-American as are Yale and Harvard, CNN and Facebook, New York Times and Google.

Just look at their legal treatment of fellow anti-american Soros-funded organizations like BLM, Antifa, Alinskyian-organized flash-looters and street rioters, common criminals, robbers, car-jackers, muggers, illegal alien invaders, human traffickers, foreign cartels and even murderers as opposed to their treatment of anyone named Trump, any organization related to Trump and any MAGA movement pro-Americans.

Anti-American political lawfare cripples local police and rewards all street crime, because terror, chaos and disorder is the anti-American set-up for a Machiavellian crack-down and final take-over. Martial law. It's why TSA employees, originally intended to check airline passengers, were equipped with police cars, armored MRAPs and automatic weapons. It's why all the new IRS agents have sub-machine guns.

You will find this kind of anti-American political lawfare being prepped or practiced in every anti-American urban hotbed in America, not just in New York. Lawyers of low character in every machine-controlled district in America are salivating over the prospect of getting more anti-American feathers in their legal war bonnets, eventually ending constitutional rule in America, and being praised and rewarded for that.

Way back when, Marxocrat Party Speaker of the House Tip O'Neil said that "All Politics Is Local", and anti-American politicians at the national level have been working to take over all local politics since then. To take over the local political machines, and become the boss, or "godfather" political machine running national politics, locally. It wasn't enough to cheat on local elections; it was time to take it all national, and to use the law as a weapon, and to become the law.

And: To turn the nation against itself.

Current litigation brought against Trump, other Trumps, Fox News, Tucker Carlson, Mike Lindell, News Max, MAGA demonstrators including January 6 demonstrators, pro-life activists, parents at school-board meetings, NRA, local police departments, Ron DeSantis, etc., etc., etc., may appear to be totally unrelated, and they are, at least officially and visibly. But they all share a common objective, and that is the overall objective of anti-American political lawfare, which is, to wrest instructions, protections and controls of the American citizenry and American government away from the constitution. And that is an anti-American objective.

Whatever opposes the American constitution opposes constitutional America and is anti-American.

For example, the anti-American Marxocrat Party politically favors communal property and "redistribution" over private property, despite the absolute American constitutional right of citizens to acquire, posses and accumulate private property.

(Constitutionally, government "redistribution" in America is criminal.)

For another example, they twist the constitutional American citizen right to equality in rights, standing and equal treatment before the law to favor Socialist "equity" in everything from wealth, income, position, material possessions, food, clothing, housing, health, well-being and other impossibilities.

And there are many other examples of that party politically opposing actual standing constitutional rights of citizens.

  1. They are Socialist, and therefor anti-American;
  2. America is constitutionalist, and therefore anti-socialist.

They oppose everything MAGA Americans are. They even oppose black MAGA Americans, despite their absolute intolerance of the white race and their virtual (political?) adoration of the black race.

Note well the the current leaders of the pro-black race anti-white race politicians employing political lawfare are all white. What does that tell you?

A good example of what the practitioners of anti-American political lawfare target for destruction would be - me.

That's why they or their surrogates kicked me off of Twitter and Facebook.

Why? What are my crimes or misdemeanors, in their eyes?

  1. I am unapologetically a Roman Catholic "Trad", and proud of it.
  2. I am unapologetically a Capitalist, and proud of it.
  3. I am unapologetically white, and proud of white race history, European history and Lithuanian/Norwegian ethnic heritage.
  4. I am unapologetically Super MAGA Extremest patriotic American and proud of it, and I find opponents of all that to be beneath contempt.
  5. I am unapolgetically male, proud of my manhood and contemptuous of effeminate men and masculine women.
  6. I am unapologetically heterosexual, and homosexuals and other deviants and perverts disgust me and I say so. Go ahead and call me a homophobe, I'm used to it.
  7. I openly and unapologetically prefer the close company of my own religion, my own race and my own politics, so call me racist and divisive rather than super-inclusive, because, at least religiously and politically, that is exactly what I am. Racially speaking, I will kiss no ass just because it is black.
  8. I hold all "hate speech" laws to be unconstitutional and illegal direct violations of the First Amendment awaiting a President with the balls to declare them unconstitutional and strike them down, establishing the long awaited constitutional principle of Presidential Review.
  9. I recognize the constitutional right to life and stand stridently opposed to abortion, euthanasia, contraception and all forms of human population control.
  10. I hold all parents, teachers, counselors and others who groom little children to believe in let alone become transsexuals or homosexuals to be the lowest form of child abusers and disgusting anti-human criminals.
  11. I stand resolutely opposed to anti-American Diversity and Multi-Culturalism as a corrosive watering-down of religion, morality, politics and distinct identities of people and nations.

  • The purpose for being of Marxism is to eventually eliminate all other forms of government and establish a global Marxist tyranny.
  • The purpose for being of Islam is to eventually eliminate all other forms of government and establish a global Islamic tyranny.
  • The purpose for being of the current Marxocrat Party is to foment a race war in America, or, a disturbance that can be an excuse to declare Martial Law, or, a Marxist Revolution.

Why would any free nation ever want to unify with anything like that?

The whole hidden purpose behind the multicultural "bring us all together" is to destroy us as a distinct and identifiable nation, and transform us into something other than what we are.

The Marxocrat lies about slavery highlight the evil nature of the party. They, and not the white race, and not European colonialism, and not the USA, fought for slavery and to keep slavery going in America. And they got their first slaves from the Dutch, who got them from the Ashanti tribe in Africa.

The Ashanti had a particularly good marketing department. They ingenuously opened up the European market for black slaves. And the Dutch then opened up the New World to black slavery, and when the first slave ships landed in America, the planter-class forerunners of the Democrat Party jumped on the opportunity like monkeys on a banana. And, to this day, big time Marxocrats like to play-act at being Ashanti.

Which shows how sorely their history education is lacking. They think the Ashanti were the victims of black slavery rather than the inventors and primary perpetrators of it.

The Marxocrat Party tried to get a good revolution going in the 1968 Democrat Party Convention in Chicago, a hotbed of anti-American sentiment and politics, and they are going to repeat that attempt in the next Democrat Party Convention, in the exact same now thoroughly chaotic, disordered and unruly city.

The Marxocrat Party is resolutely anti-American, and was anti-American from its birth as the Democrat Party.

But today's Republicrat Party is equally anti-American, because,

  1. It fails to recognize the criminal anti-Americanism of the Marxocrat Party.
  2. It acts in "bipartisan cooperation" with anti-Americanism to "get things done".
  3. It progressively politically "compromises" Constitutional America out of existence.

The Parties are the problem.

The Parties, and not the Constitution, rule America today.

The Parties, which exist unconstitutionally, brought all of the unconstitutional and therefore illegally existing regulating bureaucracies into existence to help them to unconstitutionally rule America.

A President Trump can, and is the only one even slightly likely to,

  1. outlaw the Parties themselves
  2. shut down their unconstitutional agencies and bureaucracies
  3. declare their regulations to be null and void
  4. declare unconstitutional laws and precedients to be null and void
  5. fix America by fixing American government

And that is why Marxocrat Party anti-American political lawfare is out to bring him down, or at least tie him up in court through the next election. Cases are stacked up in such a way as to fill the political calendar for the 2024 election, and keep him in court, and shut down his rallies and his whole campaign.

All other Republicrats want to "bring us all together" and "unify" everyone, just like the Marxocrats. They are singing the anti-American Marxocrat Party song and they are oblivious to it. They are party animals, and not constitutionalists.

Whether that be through ignorance or malice, what's the difference?

I see the Reuplicrats as just as anti-American as the Marxocrats.


The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us. 

The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.

Pray for a strategic alliance between President Trump and excommunicated Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano against the common conspiratorial criminality in the American and Catholic political parties.
