One of the most painful, dangerous and shocking hits in football is when the quarterback is "in the pocket" looking for a receiver, and he is suddenly blind-sided by someone coming on full force, and never seen or heard before the hit. Once it happens, many a quarterback after that concentrates less on the receiver and more on who might be coming at him from any direction.

He's hearing "footsteps" that aren't even there. Once blind-sided, he never wants to be blind-sided again.

We believe President Trump has been politically blind-sided on abortion and homosexuality.

Both morally and constitutionally, neither abortion nor homosexuality are proper subjects for President Trump to even address publicly, let alone support or try to affect with any legal action. They defy our christian religion and simple biological science, both.

  • Sexually speaking, there is no such thing as a non-binary person. Every human being who was ever born was born either male or female.
  • The claim that sexual genitalia one is born with is indeterminate of the "gender" of the person is a purely political flat out lie.
  • No matter what any "experts" say about it, and no matter how they modify and reword the DSM and the history of it, homosexuality is and always was a serious psychiatric sexual identity disorder
  • The natural purpose of sex is procreation of the species.
  • Any form of seeking or achieving sexual gratification that precludes procreation is a perversion of nature and a sin against the species.
  • Human beings in America have a Constitutional right to their lives, and that includes all those who are not yet born.

Let's look at what our Constitution says, or does not say about it.

First, the very few subjects federal government is strictly allowed and limited to address in federal law:

[From Article One of the American Constitution:]

Section. 8. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;

To establish Post Offices and post Roads;

To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;

To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;

To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;

To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;

To provide and maintain a Navy;

To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; — And

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

[Note 1: These are the limited and enumerated legislative powers of the Congress. Nothing outside of this list may be addressed in federal law short of passing a Constitutional Amendment to do it.]

[Note 2: If it cannot be Constitutionally legislated into law, it cannot Constitutionally exist in federal law. The Constitution nowhere grants the Congress the power to "delegate" any of it's exclusive legislative powers to any lesser body or bureaucracy that may exist or be brought into existence. Thus, no "regulation" may be issued to do that which the Congress is specifically prohibited from doing.]

[Note 3: No executive order or action of any kind by the President may establish any rule, regulation or law that the Congress is specifically prohibited from legislating.]

[Note 4: If it does not (and Constitutionally cannot) exist in legislated and signed federal law, the Supreme Court may not Constitutionally hear and adjudicate anything to do with it. The Supreme Court may only adjudicate cases involving existing federal law.]

[Note 5: To quote Article 1 Section 1: "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives." The key word is "All". No exceptions. If it wasn't constitutionally legislated and signed into law, it is no law.] 

Note well that homosexuality, or any other perversion, is not in there. Neither is abortion. Neither is marriage itself. Neither is health-care, or health-care insurance. Neither is Global-Cooling, Global-Warming or Climate-Change. Neither is energy, of any kind. Neither are any of the subjects being unconstitutionally regulated by federal bureaucracies such as EPA, HHS, CDC, HUD, etc., etc., etc.

Second, lets look at what happens to all those subjects not listed among those in Article One Section Eight, in accordance with the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution's Bill of Rights:

Article the twelfth [Amendment X]

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

So the federal government is constitutionally prohibited from addressing abortion and homosexuality, and they are left to the sovereign states to address, independently of the federal government. The federal government has nothing whatsoever to say about it. That includes the Presidency; President Trump is way out of bounds in his limited support of abortion and in his courting of the Soros funded, Alinskyian organized purely political LGBTQ "community" vote.

The most dangerous part of the ongoing Marxocrat Party driven American cultural revolution is the attack on our common sense of right and wrong. If they can succeed in making a wreck of our morality, America will just self-destruct on her own.

Abortion and homosexuality are just wrong, always and in every circumstance. Christians everywhere and all Americans should all know that, and when most Christians and most Americans no longer know that simple fact, politically, all is lost.

Our morality is the whole ball game.

Think about how these abominations came to be popular movements.

They are two complimentary parts of a larger political Nazi Movement aimed at taking America down. They, like all their fellow anti-American movements, have their own mob-in-the-street factions and their official political party and elected official support factions.

They are two political movements within a political movement within a political movement. It is part of the Hedonistic political movement that helps form the Islamo-Commie-Homo anti-Christian and anti-American political movement that owes its creation to the larger Cultural Marxism political movement.  Cultural-Marxism, Globalism and Marxocrat Party owned, operated and driven formal education, news reporting and Scientism have popularized them and grown them into the monsters they are today. It's not science and it's not reality; it's pure political indoctrination and propaganda.

And that disguised monster is what has blind-sided President Trump.

It's what "everybody knows" is real, but is not real.

It got started in earnest with the Everson v Board of Education, 330 U.S. 1 (1947) Which unconstitutionally established the bogus "constitutional" principle of Separation of Church and State. At issue was tax-payer funded school bus transport of children to parochial schools or private schools or any schools that had any affiliation with Christianity. The plaintiff argued that it was a violation of the constitutional provision against state support of religion, and a violation of the Due Process Clause.

But there was not and is not any such thing as a constitutional provision against state support of religion. Here's the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

[Emphasis added]

What that says is that Congress is prohibited from making any denomination into an official national religion of America, and prohibited from interfering with anyone's right to worship in the denomination of his own choice, and that's it. It says nothing about government support for Christianity writ large, or Judaism or any other religion.

President Jefferson used tax-payer funds to build a Catholic Church for a Kaskaskia Indian tribe and provide a Catholic Priest for them. That was their choice of religion, not his, and there was nothing wrong with it.

The whole premise of any constitutional prohibition of state support of religion was bogus. The aftermath of that unconstitutional adjudication has been a steady increase in anti-Christianity in law, and a religious cleansing of, first, government, then, the population, through education.

Today we see monuments of the Ten Commandments - the foundation of all of American law and the Constitution itself - being removed from public spaces as a violation of separation of Church and state, and we see, at the same time, the raising of monuments to Satan being protected by the same courts and judges. It's a two-tiered system of legal justice: Justice for Satanism, but not for Christianity.

Government opposition to Christianity took Christian morality out of the picture, and left pure hedonism to politically and legally flourish in its place. In reality, there is no such thing as a constitutional principle of separation of Church and state.

Everson v Board of Education, 330 U.S. 1 (1947) is unconstitutional and should be struck down as unconstitutional by a President willing to uphold his oath of office and just do it.

And then not be afraid to lead Americans in praying the Lord's Prayer at appropriate times.

What lit my fire on this topic of President Trump being blindsided by the Abortion and Homo political movements was new the Cliff Kincaid article, Trump Campaign Embraces Abortion and Homosexuality. Cliff is right here. It's making a deal with the devil. Politically, it's making a deal with the Globalists, the WEF and, in other words, COMINTERN by other names.

"Political expedience" runs cover for the oncoming blind-side.

Look at the shiny-object (a misinterpretation of the constitution), and pay no attention to the political movements coming at you.

Abortion and homosexuality are, constitutionally speaking, state or lower jurisdiction issues. If President Trump cannot be totally pro-life and totally pro-natural law then he should just shut up on these issues.

There is nothing acceptable about either political movement.

There is and can be no "dignity" associated with either movement.

Any Christian American who supports them has been blindsided by them.
