People sometimes speak in hushed tones about a "Shadow Government" that is really running everything behind the scenes, and with good reason. The Crony-Capitalists, like Gates, Buffet, etc., and their "Foundations"; the Globalist conspirators, like Soros, Strong, etc., and their "Grass Roots" Organizations; the "Special Interests", like the Chamber of Commerce, Organized Labor, etc.; all, and more, are major players behind the scenes of how our government is actually run.
But what these "Shadow Government" operatives are running in truth is a not-so-shadow government, which is the Political Party System, which is entirely extra-Constitutional and therefore illegal. Yet, it is actually running the whole of the United States government, absolutely outside the Constitution. As a norm. Right out in the open. Nobody sees that as any kind of a problem. It's been going on for so long, and growing in power and in "establishment" that, in everyone's mind, "that's the way it's always been."
But it isn't.
See the Political Parties Pages. Political Parties are nowhere mentioned in the Constitution; they are not legl entities of the government at all, and yet they are running the government.
In imitation of the Electoral College, the Parties set up a sort of Party Delegate College, within each Party, and the Parties in each state make up the rules on how delegates are to be elected or appointed, and the rules under which they must vote and how they are to behave. The Parties make and change the rules regarding their own delegates, at their own discretion, any way they want to.
All Party representatives, including actively campaigning Party candidates for office, are informed of delegate rules at every delegate rule change. There is no question that Donald Trump was just as informed as every other candidate of delegate rules in every state in which he was a Republicrat Party candidate.
Now, having ignored all information on state delegate rules, and having lost delegate count while winning vote count in multiple states, The Donald cries foul and accuses Cruz, who had nothing to do with Trump campaign ignorance, of somehow gaming the system and cheating.
All Cruz could legitimately be criticized for in this latest brouhaha is not coaching The Donald on how to win elections against him. The Donald, or his campaign staff, is perhaps inattentive, or ignorant, or stupid, or not truly aiming at winning. Who knows. But the problem he has in loosing delegates is due to not paying attention to the importance of and the rules regarding delegate counts.
Once again, as always, nobody is looking at the Parties themselves.
Everyone seems to have forgotten, or perhaps the knowledge of it has been educationally indoctrinated out of them, the simple facts that:
- Our Declaration established our national purpose for being, the reason we Constituted our government, and the conditions under which we should abolish it, take it down and re-Constitute it, whenever necessary.
- Our Constitution lays out our specific government organization, identifies the legal functions and job descriptions of the legal participants, and provides the sole set of legal operating instructions for the whole of the federal government.
Political Parties are not in the Constitution. They are not official government entities. They have no Constitutional authority over any part of American government. They operate illegally. They need to be taken out of existence.
As pointed out in Two Party Treason and elsewhere among the Political Party Pages, the Party system itself continues to exist to the detriment of Constitutional America. No Political Party pays any attention whatsoever to the Constitution. They operate entirely outside of it. In Defining Treason Down we showed how sworn officers of our government violate their own oaths of office, and are not impeached from office, or even criticized. Their allegiance is to their Party, not to the Constitution, and not to us.
We talked about fixing this in No Party America and New Way Politics, among other places. But how, exactly, are we to choose our Presidents, Senators and Congressmen if we have no Parties?
Well, by going back to original Constitutional America, and having simple elections, without "primary" elections and without Party conventions. Forget the "delegates" and go back to the actual Constitutional Electors, as described in Article II Section 1 and Amendment XII.
Nothing to it but to do it.
The only people who should be involved in appointing Electors - not Party Delegates - and making rules for them should be the elected state governments of the 50 states. Not any Political Party or any other special interest group. Nobody from outside the Constitution should have anything to say about any of it.
Who needs all the Party hoopla and pretense, and the costly primaries, and the costly conventions? What's wrong with doing what the Constitution says to do?
And why is it - how did it ever come to be - that a return to basics and fundamentals, to how it was always supposed to be done, is the now the most "Radical" and even "Revolutionary" way to go?
We never should have gotten away from it.
The Parties are destroying Constitutional America.
We have pointed out all over this site how our two main Parties came to be, and we're not going to go over that old ground again. Suffice it to say here that one Party seeks to displace the Constitution and establish Communism in its place, and the other Party exists only to exist, and to participate in governing America, in accordance with whatever new form that government may take on. They don't care, as long as they retain some seats of power in the ruling class.
The Marxocrat Party is aiming at the eventual state of Communism, with the Party big names, as well as the Party voter-base, divided roughly into three pro-Marxist agendas:
- Working toward eventual violent revolution (as is Comrade Obama, peace be upon him);
- Working toward more gradual Progressive take-over (as is Madam Hillary);
- Useful-Idiocy, working hard to achieve the truly stupid and quite impossible goal of the Communist Utopian Lie (as is Crazy Bernie).
The "in-the-know" Marxists among them know that the real goal is simply dictatorship, traveling under the cover of any useful false title. The Useful Idiots are - well - Useful Idiots. They don't know any better.
Most people still do not realize that the Mainstream Media is actually the Propaganda Wing of the Marxocrat Party. Almost nobody recognizes them as enemies of the Constitution, but that is what they are. They always, always, show Marxocrat Party candidates and agendas in a more favorable light than deserved; they always show Republicrat Party candidates and agendas in a more unfavorable light than deserved; they oppose outsiders, like Trump and Cruz, just as fiercely as do the Marxocrats, the establishment Republicrats, and all the rest of the Ruling Class Club, of which they are important members.
They're all in it together. They all hobnob with each other in the exclusive Washington - New York high society that they comprise.
The Republicrat Party is aiming at pure self-interest, in growing government and maintaining the status-quo, in which they have some part in participation in the corrupt government feeding trough that maintains their high standard of living. They don't even care if they lose elections; they only care about being part of an ever growing government, and their position in Washington high society, which guarantees their futures, in or out of office.
They oppose their own members who are Constitutionalist, or who oppose the status quo, or who are not part of The Club to which they all belong. They do not oppose the opposition Party, in reality; they only seek to win elections from them, but if they do not win, it's no big deal. Losing Party control is the only big deal, to them. That's why many of them have pledged to vote Marxocrat if Trump or Cruz win their Party's nomination and wind up being the Party Candidate.
They have already proved they oppose their own voter base and they support the goals of the Marxocrat Party. Over and over again.
They only oppose their own non-establishment candidates; they do not oppose, or they oppose with considerably less vigor, the opposition Party.
The Trumpsters versus the Never-Trumpsters.
The Donald has a solid following that seems to cross all demographic and political lines. Most of them are unshakably committed, and cannot be swayed away from supporting Trump. That's the way it is. And they have good, persuasive arguments for why that is true. It's not just anger, or not only anger, at the cooperation of the Republicrat Party with the Marxocrat Party's purposeful systematic destruction of Constitutional America.
But the "Never Trumpsters" are the ones who may be unhinged. They who say that they will never vote for Trump, no matter what. They cannot in good conscience vote for Trump, nor can they vote for Madam Hillary, Crazy Bernie or any other Marxocrat.
What that means is that they too will cooperate in the ongoing Marxocrat Party's purposeful systematic destruction of Constitutional America, because if they, and other Republicrats they can convince of their position, sit out another election as was done in 2012 the Marxocrats will win again, and the systematic destruction will accelerate to warp speed.
The Never-Trumpsters argue that a Madam Hillary or a Crazy Bernie administration would face congressional gridlock and not be able to advance the Marxcrat Party agenda, so they have no problem with sitting out an election.
That's just plain bullsh*t.
There hasn't been any gridlock since Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, took office. All there has been is Bipartisan Cooperation, and not one shred of opposition to anything the Marxocrats have wanted to do. The Republicrats in office fully cooperated with every single thing put forward by the Obamunist Regime. No exceptions. In fact, they put some of it forward themselves. Obviously, they hate the Constitution just as much as the Marxocrats do.
The only gridlock America will ever see after this general election is a united front of both Parties and both houses of Congress against The Donald, if he wins. They won't let him do a damned thing. And he will cry about how unfair they are.
But there will be just as much opposition to the new administration as there is now and has been for the last 7+ years if any Marxocrat wins. Which is to say, none at all. Why should any of them change? They're just getting richer and richer, at our expense.
There's really no telling what Trump might try do, or even be able to do, if elected. He's no conservative, that's true, but that means he's no Marxist, either. He's no ideologue of any kind, that I can detect, other than imbued with an ideology of pure self-interest, which is identical to the collective ideology of the establishment Republicrat Party. At any rate, both Parties and the whole Congress will pull out all the stops to prevent him from doing anything at all, because he scares them all to death.
Quite the opposite if any Marxocrat wins the election. The Marxocrats will push, and the Republicrats will roll over, as usual. That's what they do.
Trump will try to stop the destruction; give him credit for that. He will try.
Every American who wants to see the destruction being done by the Marxocrat Party had damned well better vote for whoever the Republicrat Party candidate is, or kiss America goodbye. Don't be stupid. Don't sit it out and hand them another one.
A Cruz administration, especially after another mid-term, and even more after a second term election win, just may have coattails long enough to pull in a super-majority of actual Constitutionalists, who might be inclined to impeach remaining Supreme Court Justices, Senators and House Members who violated their oaths of office in voting for bills and court decisions that clearly violated the Constitution they all falsely swore to uphold.
The Tea Party is still out there, disgusted with the whole mess. With Trump's new coalition of dedicated voters, and with the Tea Party still stewing out there, there are a couple of landslides awaiting to get started.
I do not believe the polls and the predictions that The Donald, or anyone else, including Daffy Duck or Elmer Fudd, could not beat Madam Hillary or Crazy Bernie. The country is just too pissed off and the situation is now too dire for a landslide against the Marxocrats to not occur. What did the polls say about Cruz's chances just before each of his last 11 wins? Polls are done, predominantly, by media members of The Club. And, polls are notoriously wrong on election day.
My hopes are on Cruz, but I'll vote for any non-Marxist that runs against the anti-Constitution Marxists in the Marxocrat Party. I hope you'll do the same. Your Constitution is at stake here.
