The Required Radical American Re-Revolution. Or, Re-Constitution.

It took 100+ years to radicalize Constitutional America. It will take a radical re-revolution to bring it back to sanity.

We who love America are all in a quandary over what our current President and his Party are doing to her, with no opposition whatsoever, from any quarter.  But, until now, many of us - perhaps most of us - have not been properly paying attention to what all the anti-American political forces have been doing to Constitutional America over the last century-plus.  If it wasn't for all that undoing of the Constitution that preceded his first election, he couldn't be doing what he's doing, assuming he still got elected. 

Under the Presidency of Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, the American Constitution is now in crash and burn mode.  But long before he was born, the slower Marxist progression was slowly taking our Constitution down, one little brick at a time, and building something nearly unrecognizable in its place.  And both major political Parties were (and still are) cooperating in it. 

The only reason we're paying attention now is that Comrade Obama is so radically anti-American and such a typical Marxist flagrant liar that even the Marxist Media can no longer hide it.  A recent Renew America column by Cliff Kincaid, None Dare Call It Treason 50 years later, highlights the point.  We now have a rabidly anti-American elected President of the United States. 

As we pointed out among the Obamunism Pages, he is, almost purely, a Selfist.  He is less a Marxist than an exploiter and manipulator of Marxists.  He is less a Moslem than an exploiter and manipulator of Moslems.  He is less a racist than an exploiter and manipulator of racists.  He has no permanent use for anyone at all; his only interest in any one, or any group, is temporary.  He epitomizes what our public education system has been trying to create in students since Dewey, and the Frankfurt School: the perfect, anti-authority, anti-establishment, Revolutionary Man. 

The perfect description of the Pure Selfist, the Pure Sociopath, and Comrade President Barack Hussein Obama, peace be upon him. 

Look at what he has wrought.  The current riots masquerading as demonstrations are his doing.  And the doing of his Attorney General.  And some other players, like the Mayor of New York, all with the aid of the media and entertainment.  All of it is based on flagrant categorical lies, told by the President and his underlings, and his News Media.  No one was shot with his hands up while surrendering.  No one was choked to death.  American first responders are not evil, and they are not racists.  Those who call them racist are the only real racists here. 

But this is not new.  It required set-up, and it was set up back in the '60s.  The Hippies, Yippees, Anarchists, SDS, Weather Underground, Black Panthers, etc., all had similar signs, slogans and chants as they burned and bombed and murdered and looted, all in the name of love and peace and flowers.  Burning draft cards, burning bras, burning flags, burning campus buildings, burning whatever.  "Off the Pigs" was quite popular back then.  I remember.  I will never forget. 

Well, those "revolutionaries" are now running Congress, and running our universities, and they are teaching their own grandchildren, and yours, many of whom are now out in the streets chanting for the blood of their only real protectors.  Calling for dead cops.  And the potential dictators, like Comrade Obama, are hoping the "Revolution" will really get going, this time round.  Or the next.  Marxism always builds upon the past.  It never really retreats; it just shuts up for awhile. 

If you think these concocted "demonstrations" are merely trying to right some wrong, you have been duped.  It's not against racism.  It's not against police brutality.  It's not about any particular incident or number of incidents. 

It's anti-establishment.  It's anti-institution.  It's anti-society.  It's anti-law.  It's anti-property.  it's anti-American. 

It is the "set-up" for the "crack-down".  It is the preplanned, bottom-up revolution, and if it gets bad enough, it will preciptate the preplanned top-down take-over, in accordance with the Machiavellian plan for achieving dictatorship.  One of these cycles, it is hoped, it will work. 

How the hell did we get to the point of electing such a person? 

Look at all the federal agencies.  Look at all the Czars.  Look at all the Congressional Committees.  Look at all the unconstitutional areas addressed by federal law, by federal bureaucratic regulation, by court adjudicated legal precedent.  How many of the agencies, bureaucracies, Czars, House Committees, Senate Committees and court established legal precedents are addressing "problems" not listed in Article One Section Eight of the Constitution, or anywhere else in the Constitution?  

Almost none.  And that's the real problem. 

We are not, and we have not been, operating under the Constitution. 

Until the rise of Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, Marxism has "Progressed" through the previous decades in American government by:

1. Conjuring up an imagined crisis, or creating a real crisis, or taking advantage of an opportune natural crisis, and then:
2. Creating or growing a Bureaucracy or a Czar with a gigantic federal budget to resolve the new problem, and then:
3. When the solution fails, either grow the agency and its budget, or, create a new agency with a new budget, to handle some subset of the original problem.  In any case,
   
4. Never, ever close an agency, bureaucracy, Czar or other entity, and never, ever reduce the budget.  Federal government employees are set for life.  They are, after all, voters, and they are, after all, totally dependent upon the federal government for their overly generous pay, benefits and retirement. 
   

So government employees - now estimated to be over one out of every ten Americans - join the Moron Vote and the Totally Dependent Vote to keep all Big Government Politicians in office.  Everything the Obamunists, the Marxocrats and the Republicrats do in some way grows the government, hires more government employees, grows the budget and grows their own voter base. 

You thought our main spending problem involved Welfare Queens, or Food Stamps, or Criminal Alien Benefits?  You ain't seen nothin' yet. 

Now, Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, is in in charge of all these unconstitutional abominations.  And he is doing more than merely growing them and multiplying them.  He is giving them  each their own regulation-enforcing, armed, federal police forces, complete with armored vehicles and SWAT teams.  You've got your EPA Police, your HUD Police, your TSA Police, your IRS Police, your HHS Police, your ED Police, etc., etc., etc., all highly militarized, each with their own SWAT teams.  Including even your National Park Police, with their heavy armored vehicles and SWAT teams, and you are paying the salaries and equipment costs of every single one of them. 

All of these brand new police forces, and all of the agencies they belong to, are under the direct command of Comrade Obama, peace be upon him.  I'll bet you didn't know that.  The least of your worries should involve the "militarization" of local police forces.  All these brand new Federal Police Forces, under direct control of the President, are already militarized.  There is nothing "local" about them, just as there is nothing "representative" about him. 

Can we get back under the Constitution?  Not without radical and disruptive political action.  And, unless we have a Tea Party controlled House, a Tea Party controlled Senate, and a Tea Party controlled Presidency, I don't believe it can be done.  Slow, piecemeal, one step at a time action is no longer viable.  It plays into the established politician's hands, and they are the problem.  They are the Grand Masters of that political game. 

We now face a Constitutional enemy as great or greater than the original Founding Fathers faced in King George and the all the military might of Britannia.  It is our own sitting federal government, all three branches.  They, in their majority, act, on a day to day basis, in direct violation of the Constitution and their own oaths of office.  As time goes on, they get worse, not better.  They are, in a word, un-American.  None of them will ever be impeached and removed from office if we don't do it very soon. 

As I said, if we don't take, with super majorities, the House, the Senate and the Presidency, it ain't gonna happen.  America as we know it is lost. 

So, let's just assume we take the House, the Senate and the Presidency, for the Constitution's sake.  What then? 

• Pass and sign the Fair Tax using the Fast Track method to get it into effect as quickly as possible, before the required Constitutional Amendment needs to be approved by the states.  The monthly Pre-Bate payments to all citizens will soften the blow to government-dependent citizens who are about to get much of their federal benefits cut.  The new tax code will fund the entire government, including Social Security and Medicare. 
  
• Declare Obamacare to be unconstitutional, null and no law.  Private sector insurance will quickly fill the void with realistic insurance, and private health care will quickly readjust costs for service to meet new realities of the market place.  Follow some of the legislative recommendations in Kill Controlled Health Care, especially making insurance benefits payable to beneficiaries rather than health care providers.  Legislate to allow interstate sale of health insurance.  Investigate whether the federal government should even be regulating interstate insurance sales. 
  
• Bring impeachment proceedings against all Senators and Congressmen who voted for the clearly unconstitutional Obamacare law.  Bring impeachment proceedings against all Supreme Court Justices who voted to make clearly unconstitutional Obamacare Constitutional.  All anyone needs is an eighth grade education and a copy of the Constitution to know that that law is not Constitutional law.  
• Begin shutting down whole agencies and bureaucracies and Czar departments by declaring them unconstitutional, as they are, as shown in the Cut the Spending Pages.  Each agency / bureaucracy cut will eliminate all of its regulations, all of its employees, all of its police forces and all of its sub-bureaucracies.  It will also cut the need for any Congressional Committee overseeing it.  Cut all retirement and other benefits of all department heads and employees, because any contracts made were made to support an agency that was unconstitutional in its origin, and so any contract made within it was no legitimate contract, and therefore is null and void.  
• Begin shutting down all Committees in the Senate and in the House that are addressing issues not listed in Article One Section Eight, or anywhere else in the Constitution, because they are out of Constitutional scope.

Radical?  Yes.  Too radical?  No.  The only other two options are surrender and civil war.  Nothing else will work, in the real world.  Piecemeal, one-step-at-a-time, bipartisan cooperation is what got us into this mess, over perhaps more than a century.  Since Woodrow Wilson, at least.  Our National Founding and Constituting Principles are absolutely lost on this bunch. 

It's time for a new crop.  It's time to abandon Political Parties. 

It's time for statesmanship and honor to return to high office.

I do not see how re-revolution can occur within this system when the system itself has been re-tooled. If "Garbage In, Garbage Out" is true then I can expect only  more of the same. The abridgement of the rights of citizens will continue as in the past: Incrementally by stealth. Obama, being the cocky and arrogant man that he is, will sometimes flap his yap and we temporarily see the veil lifted. But that has been rare and his errors are always skillfully managed. However, I also believe that a final anti-American victory cannot be achieved until the 2nd Amendment is rendered ineffectual. No matter how many government agencies are militarized it would be a logistical nightmare to mess with roughly 25 million households that happen to own approximately 270 million firearms. It seems to me that private gun owners all have a similar unified mindset of what patriotism looks like. It is nearly opposite of what patriotism looks like to the "anti-American" mindset, and probably opposite to the mindset of government apparatchiks. So I expect the emasculation of the 2nd Amendment to occur by slow, steady, and ever more strict regulations designed to squeeze both gun manufacturers and owners, and ammunition manufacturers and buyers. The method will probably resemble how the government rendered cigarettes "illegal". It will make firearms and ammunition more expensive to make and to buy. It will reduce the areas one can legally possess a firearm. It will restrict the transport of a firearm and/or  ammunition from one area to another. The effect will be a 2nd Amendment that is ineffectual. I hope I am wrong.

However, note the opening premise: it would require a super-majority Tea Party dominated Senate and House, and a Tea Party President.  A very tall order.  So long as the current two Parties dominate politics, it will be politics as usual, and America will continue the march into Constitutional oblivion. 

We have got to get America out from under Political Parties.

Vic Biorseth, I read your article entitled “The Required Radical American…Re-Constitution,”  I agree with you on all but one point…the balanced budget amendment, which is in its final analysis, an open invitation to the thieves and crooks in Congress to unilaterally approve a bloated budget, and thereby, unsupported tax increases (to balance the bloated budget).  How does a collection of Tea Partiers silence the pro-Big-Government media which is owned and operated by the communo-fascist  Rockefeller/CFR/TLC/Chamber of Commerce criminal syndicate in Washington D.C. & New York City long enough to re-constitute a legitimate free press without interference?

The budget will never be fixed and returned to normalcy so long as political Parties remain in power.  They exist to exist, and to grow, and they feed themselves, partially, with the budget they own.  They will never fix it. 

Destroying the News Media was discussed in Progressive America, and touched on again in the newer American page.  The slow destruction of the News Media is already underway from the bottom up, via Talk Radio and the Internet.  The Mainstream Media is rapidly losing relevance and audience. 

What is required is a top down attack, from a government totally hostile to it.  Elimination of Press Passes (or ignoring them altogether).  Uninviting the Press from residence in the White House and the Capital building.  Uninviting the Press Entourage following the President around, occupying space on government aircraft and in entourages.  Elimination of special "recognition" dinners and Press Gala events.  Reduction of the status of the member of the Press to the exact same status as the American Citizen.  Elimination, even of regular Press Conferences. 

These days, Presidents, Senators and Congressmen can talk directly to the people through the internet, and through their own public speeches, which may be attended by members of the Press who will compete for space with non-members of the Press. 

The Press must be turned back into a hostile watchdog, and the one-Party ownership of the Press must be broken.  By breaking the Party.

Unfortunately it is simply a matter of the timing of the fall. I refer to a revealing new book,National Security and Double Government by Professor Michael Glennon of Boston University wherein the existence of a double government is literally confirmed. The struggle is between the elected and the bureaucracy.

As defined within Professor Glennon's book, the war is being waged between the Madisonions and the Trumanites. One would consider the Professor a "gate keeper" due to his involvement with and in government. He has served as legal consul to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and is intimate within the establishment. He is hardly a conspiracy theorist however his revelations in this remarkable tome speaks to a organization within government that has grown in both position and authority never intended by its creators to be a civilian structure to thwart the power of the growing influence of the military during the Truman Administration. During an interview of Professor Glennon by the Boston Globe, the Professor described,"The ultimate problem is the pervasive political ignorance on the part of the American people and the indifference to the threat that is emerging from these concealed institutions."

This view is not dissimilar to the view recently expressed by the Obamacare advisor to the White House that spoke directly the intellectual of the average voter.

The situation continues to ever greater stages of criticality with few even recognizing the growing peril.

That one I describe as a gate keeper, a member of Academia, has clearly expressed the matter in terms that everyone can understand might be construed as a testimony of things to come. Unfortunately an economic collapse will most likely preface any effort to restore the government to Constitutional bounds. Even then if the true cause is recognized by the populace, it is doubtful if the courage or wherewithal will be in sufficient evidence to create a justifiable action.

Hello Vic:

The solutions you and other writers to this article offer,  revolve around ways to handle the problems identified,  through human action.  These are however “God sized problems” and will require His solutions.  Those solutions may come through inspired men (just as the American Revolution and subsequent founding documents were),  but for now human initiative needs to be directed to God first, then through grace, to nation problem solving.  This country will not / cannot be saved unless God is at the focus and center of it … as he was during the very formative years of the nation.  I am reminded of the quote … “Men without God, … will worship one another” and that is where we are … pure, unadulterated “celebrity culture”.   The country’s last generation has known little else than the fan-fare of New Year’s ‘ball drop’ in New York City or planning the next tail gate party.  The younger generation has known little else and far too many have become empty hearts that yearn only for the next joy ride to nowhere.  Godless people vote for godless men.  Godless politicians pass immoral legislation.  Man without God is lost and devolves into chaos and disorder and this is to be seen everywhere in our culture today.

With Him all things are possible, without him … nothing is!  This is what people must be taught and only then will the problems identified in your article begin to right themselves.

Right you are. 

But in this world, God's work is done by human hands.  It is our job to either turn the faces of younger generations back to God, or defeat them in the polls. 

Evil exists, and Satan will have his souls.  As it was at the nation's founding, so it is today.  Everyone will not agree, but we who do agree must not only  stand, but advance, and do what is right in the sight of God. 

God has not moved.  We have allowed younger generations to slip away, under the sweet seductions of the world.  We may not win this battle, but we must try.

Exactly right.  The Declaration fixes our national purpose for being, based on Natural Law, which is to say, God.  That is what must be adhered to first.  It is why we came to be, and why we persist in existence.  When that is gone, America will be gone.
