First of all, let's refresh our legal memories: What, exactly, is Sedition?
Sedition is overt speech, conduct and organization aimed at insurrection against the established order. Sedition most often includes subversion of a Constitution and incitement of discontent or malice toward or resistance to the established legitimate authority and violation of established law.
In America, what, exactly is Sedition, in law?
Title 18 (the federal criminal code), Section 2385, as follows:
§ 2385: Advocating overthrow of Government
Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or
Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or
Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
As used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.
The problem with the way America has historically handled sedition is that it has only been massively applied against the lowest offenders, and not applied at all against the highest. For instance, Amendment 14; after the Civil War was won against the Democrat (Confederate) Party, Southern veterans of the war were prohibited from voting or holding office. But the Democrat Party itself, which had instigated and carried out the sedition, was left intact and allowed to continue to operate as an American Political Party.
And it brought into being Jim Crow laws, the KKK and the still seditious, in my opinion, preaching and teaching of racism, racial segregation and thus direct opposition to American Constitutional Equality.
Sedition law should be updated to not be restricted by the words "force" and "violence". Teachers who teach students that they should overthrow the government should be subject to this law. Marxists, Moslems, Anarchists, Journalists and others with an animus toward America and who indoctrinate or propagandize the goodness or necessity or "justice" in overthrowing the Constitution or other laws should be held to be seditious.
This kind of non-violent sedition or seditious teaching, deriving from the invasive and seditious Cultural Marxism's domination of the Marxocrat Party, academia, entertainment and journalism, represents "Progressive" rather than "Revolutionary" Marxism, which still aims at the eventual overthrow of the government. It is the evil indoctrination and propagandizing of successive generations of Americans to grow them into increasingly anti-American generations of American citizens.
If you don't think we have "legal" sedition in America, look at the makup of our current Supreme Court.

Of course, just as it stands now, Islam as a religion and as a system of jurisprudence and law is a seditious organization in America. The whole purpose for being of Islam is to bring the whole world, including the USA, into submission and under the domination and rule of Islam. Islam preaches it and teaches it, from the Koran. Jihad against the whole of the non-Islamic world is an inseparable non-negotiable tenet of Islam. To be a follower of Islamic religion is to be anti-American.
A case may be made that such organizations as Black Lives Matter and the Black Panthers, are seditious organizations, in that their purpose for being is to violate and suppress the enforcement of American law and to crush the Constitutional principle of Equality, by force. They and other seditious organizations like them are under the principle influence of the Marxocrat Party, which is the Marxified and still anti-American version of the old anti-American Democrat Party.
It may readily be seen that the seditious Marxocrat Party opposes the Constitution in its entirety, and that its Party agenda is in complete alignment with the infamous Pillars Of Communism, which are flat out anti-American. Marxocrat Party "Redistributionism" opposes the Constitutional American citizen right to Property. Marxocrat Party opposition to American Capitalism necessarily opposes the Constitutional Big Four: Equality, Life, Liberty and Property, which naturally bring Capitalism into being in its most fruitful and beneficial form.
Combining RICO and Sedition Law against Anti-Americanism?
The RICO law - 18 U.S.C. § 1961 - was enacted to fight organized crime, especially criminal organizations such as the Mafia and similar gangs. Among the many criminal activities listed under this law are bringing in, aiding or assisting aliens illegally entering the country and acts of terrorism. The Marxocrat Party has been the patron organization of terrorist organizations from the Weather Underground of the 1960s through Antifa today. And, of course, the Marxocrat Party is the patron of all illegal aliens in America today, helping them to get in here, helping them to stay here, granting them sanctuary and even getting them to illegally vote in our elections.
Everything the Marxocrat Party does aims to criminally increase its own political power so that it may eventually bring about a political rather than a violent "Revolution". It would be a "Transformation", to use the Clintonista - Obamunist term, in which American government would be "Transformed" from being a Constitutional Republic into being one of many Socialist/Communist satellite states all ruled under a new Globalist government.
Anti-American Marxism itself, in America, is just as seditious as is Islam.
It could and should be argued that all Sorosians and all Sorosian Organizations are seditious and criminally conspiratorial organizations. Note that Saul Alinsky wrote the seditious Revile for Radicals and Rules for Radicals, which he dedicated to Lucifer, who's revolution against God gained him the kingdom of the world. Thus it could and should be argued that all Alinskyians and all Alinskyian Community Organizers are seditious and criminal conspirators.
Sorosian and Alinskyian organizations and organizers would include, of course, the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) and Catholic Relief Services (CRS), all the Homo-Clerics and all the Commie-Homo Bishops in the Catholic hierarchy, and it would even include the Globalist Pope (Anti-Pope?) Francis.
And it would include the Permanent bureaucracy members who are any part of the Deep-State Shadow-Government that is cooperating with the Marxocrat Party in attempting to overthrow the Trump Constitutional Government.
What is Sedition within Catholicism?
The whole purpose of Catholicism is to teach, preach and baptize in the one and only absolutely unchanged original whole gospel of Jesus Christ and His original Apostles.
But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema. As we said before, so now I say again: If any one preach to you a gospel, besides that which you have received, let him be anathema. (Gal 1:8-9)
I submit that the acceptability of such sinful things as Modernism, Communism, Socialism, Globalism, homosexuality, contraception, easy divorce, remarriage after divorce, religious indifferentism, religious syncretism, sacrilegious abuse of liturgy and sacrament, condemning triumphalism, etc., etc., etc., are all "new gospels".
And yet those Catholics who keep to the Traditions are condemned by the current Pope and predominant hierarchy as a cult of toxic tradition. They are ridiculed as "fundamentalists" and rigid oppressors of "Progress", despite what Scripture says about lage-T Tradidions.
Therefore, brethren, stand fast; and hold the traditions which you have learned, whether by word, or by our epistle. (2 Thes 2:14)
The new progressive, modern and worldly church opposes all that, because it is not Progressive.
We would like to say "let them be anathema", but we are stuck between a rock and a hard spot. They are the ordained clerics in charge at the moment, and we are not. They elect the Pope; we do not.
But a new legal look at Sedition and RICO law by a protector of Constitutional America could get a lot of Catholic clerical criminals out of circulation, since much of their conspiracy violates American law.
Any modification of Sedition law in America should consider Banishment, and removal of citizenship from those convicted of sedition against America, after prison sentences are completed.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
Pray for a strategic alliance between President Trump and excommunicated Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano against the common conspiratorial criminality in the American and Catholic political parties.
