A New Treason Amendment for the Preservation of Constitutional America
The ongoing Systematic "Political" Deconstructing of the American Constitution May Only Be Stopped By A Constitutional Redefinition of Treason Amendment

The Constitution of the American Republic defines Treason in Article III section 3, as:
Section. 3. Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The problem with that limitation, as it has been applied thus far in American history, involves how it is assumed that we must be in an active state of war in which America has declared war on someone. What is thus too easily overlooked are the multiple national, international and non-nation-aligned ideologies, revolutionary movements and even religions, in the case of Islam, that are in an active state of war against Constitutional America, but in the absence of any formal declaration of war or even recognized state of war. They are still out to destroy us, whether a formal state of war exists or not.
Alignment with any of them against America should be seen as treason.
It may be seen that all forms of Marxism (Socialism, Communism, Nazism, Fascism) are anti-American political movements diametrically opposed to and working to achieve the destruction of Constitutional America, whether by treason of violent revolution or slower treasonous political "evolution". The same thing may be said of all forms of Islam and the Islamic Koran.
Back in Properly Defining Treason, we said,
Anyone holding sworn-in Constitutional office who then violates the Constitution in the performance of his office, violates his oath office, and commits an act of Treason. The very purpose for Constitutional office holders swearing to uphold the Constitution in the performance of their Constitutional office is to protect the very existence of Constitutional America. If they violate the Constitution after swearing not to, they thereby commit Treason.
Sworn-in officers of the federal government who violated the Constitution and their own oaths of office to establish, in federal law, such unconstitutional affronts as current federal law standing of abortion, homosexual marriage, Obamacare, and the existence of such clearly unconstitutional regulating and administering bureaucracies as the EPA, FDA, CDC, HUD, HHS, ED, OSHA, etc., etc., etc., were traitors to Constitutional America, and should have been treated as such.
Unconstitutional laws or legal precedents such as abortion can easily be eliminated by simple declaration of unconstitutionality. Similarly, clearly unconstitutional bureaucracies such as the EPA can easily be shut donwn and closed by simple declaration of unconstitutionality. But the perpetrators of those unconstitutionalities may only be impeached from office for committing them, and not tried for treason.
That is what needs to be changed, by Constitutional Amendment.
Unfortunately, the law cannot punish perpetrators retroactively, that is, for acts of treason committed against the Constitution before the establishment of the law making them so punishable. They could only be impeached from office for violating their oaths of office.
But Marxists and Moslems of all varieties need to be impeached out of all government offices, because Marxists and Moslems of all varieties are all mortal enemies of the American Constitution. Enemies of the Constitution have no business falsely swearing oaths of office in which they falsely swear to uphold and protect the very constitution they are determined to destroy.
Our recommended amendment to the Constitution, to be written up and sent out to the states for ratification, is as follows:
Section. 3. Treason against the United States shall consist only in
- Levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
- Officers of the federal government violating the Constitution and their oaths of office in the performance of their offices.
- Citizens and organizations working to undermine, revolutionize or destroy the Constitution and/or the Constitutional Republic of America.
No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
This just added two new offenses against the Constitution to be considered to be acts of treason. The reason this is important is that the Constitution is America. The Constitution Constitutes America. It makes us what we are. It is the supreme law of the land, and the only ruler America has.
That is what is meant by the unique title "Nation of Laws" as opposed to just another nation ruled by men.
Take the Constitution out of the picture, and America ceases to be.
We feel confident that 38 states would ratify such an amendment fairly quickly.
The "Citizens and organizations working to ... destroy the Constitution" would include all the Sorosians and all the Alinskyians in America working to bring America down. Including, of course, George Soros himself. Everything Soros and everything Alinsky ever did in America was aimed at subverting American politics, subverting the Constitution and bringing America down. Comrade Madame Hillary Clinton was Alinsky's star pupil and a protege or Soros, and Comrade President Obama (peace be upon him) was an Alinskyian "organizer" employed by Soros.
Does anyone out there believe that such big shots as Hillary, Obama, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, Sotomayor, Kagan, Jackson, Cortez, Omar, Tlaib, Pressley, Garza, Tometi, Cullors, Zuckerberg, Agrawal and others like them are in any way pro-American?
Let's get real here. They hate America, and everything she stands for.
They are out to burn the system down. They hate the very idea of rule of law, and they are out to displace it and replace it with dictatorial and tyrannical rule of man. You can see the "new world order" they hope to raise up modeled in Red China, Cuba, North Korea, Venezuela and Russia. That's what they love; That's what they hope to accomplish.
We have changed our opinion regarding punishment for traitors since we wrote the Decitizenizing page. Those found guilty should face decitizenizing and permanent exile from America at a minimum, and,
- Officers of the federal government who betray the Constitution and their oath of office should be subject to criminal penalties up to and including life imprisonment or capital punishment.
- Citizens and organizations who betray the Constitution should be subject to penalties that may include capital punishment, but must include no less than twenty years of imprisonment.
Under the rules of decitizenizing, assuming that decitizenizing would be made a lawful punishment for treason against the Constitution, all traitors would forfeit all property and wealth to the US treasury.
No law can be retroactively enforced in America. However, after such unconstitutionally and criminally instituted "laws" as abortion, homo-marriage, Obamacare, etc., are declared null, no law and abolished, any political attempts to criminally reinstate them without amending the Constitution should be treated as acts of treason against the Constitution.
Similarly, once such unconstitutionally and criminally institued regulating bureaucracies as the EPA, the CDC, etc., are declared to be unconstitutional, null and abolished, any political attempts to reinstate them without amending the Constitution should likewise be treated as acts of treason against the Constitution.
America was constituted to be the place for citizens to dream big.
