Even while the newly inaugurated President Trump was delivering his inauguration speech, Comrade Biden's operatives/co-conspirators were officially releasing his announcement of the last of his pardons of the rest of the Biden crime family, the Fauci-Covid crime and coverup, the Mark Miley and other Pentagon acts of treason and the Schiff-Cheney attempted coup d'état against President Trump 45.

19. A Constitutional Amendment to, eliminate "Lame Duck" periods of Presidency between a new President being elected and being inaugurated. The day a Presidential election is won is the day the winner of the election assumes office and the day the sitting President leaves office. This eliminates the practices of
- the President leaving office granting pardons to people he would not have pardoned before the election for fear of losing the election, and,
- the losing Party laying political traps and hinderances in the path of the incoming President.
It should actually be the very instant the election result is declared.
The election being or not being certified can be delt with later. But this practice of last minute criminal activity has got to be ended.
At question is the legal validity of "blanket" pardons of crimes that have never been convicted or even charged in any court of law. The first one ever issued, and the only one ever issued until now, was Ford's pardon of Nixon, which included pardons of any crimes he may have committed. A nonsensical pardon if ever there was one, but it was not contested, and so it was allowed to stand. There has never been a high court ruling, one way or the other, on the validity of blanket pardons.
Biden's announcement of the whole slew of blanket pardons included the claim that the pardons were "not admissions of guilt", but if they were not guilty of anything, then why were the pardons even necessary? Of course they are admissions of guilt. Otherwise they would not need to be pardoned.
This kind of dirty political trickery should not be able to get any traitor off Scot Free of any justice, nor should Treason be subject to any statutes of limitation. I'm talking about Miley's treason, in secretly "negotiating" with his Communist Chinese counterparts against and behind the back of his Commander In Chief, who was President Trump 45.
Miley was following in the footsteps of other Marxocrat Party traitors, like Senator Ted (hic) Kennedy who secretly advised the Kremlin that the election of Reagan was only a temporary problem in their progress, and that Communist progress in America would resume as soon as Reagan was out of office.
And like Traitor John Kerry, who secretly "negotiated" with Vietnamese Communists against and behind the back of President Johnson during the Vietnam War, and then did it again with Iranian Mullahs, against and behind the back of President Trump 45.
Practically the whole federal government was aware of most if not all of these acts of treachery against an elected and representative President, and to me, that makes them all co-conspirators and colluders with the traitors.
The FBI itself is now so disgraced as to need to be eliminated and replaced with something new, under an entirely new name, because the very name FBI has permanently lost the trust of the American citizens. Which is why we recommended number 23 of the Untransformations:
23: Repeal 18 U.S. Code § 1001 so that the FBI can no longer abuse that law to pressure, intimidate, bankrupt and create criminal charges out of thin air against people who have done nothing wrong for purely political and/or vindictive reasons. The only time any American citizen should be held liable to the crime of perjury is after having been sworn in before testifying in a court of law or before signing an affidavit. Certainly not after any entrapment by any agent of the government, as happened to General Flynn, Martha Stuart and others. Until this law is repealed, no citizen should ever talk to any FBI agent about anything.
The current FBI is not to be trusted. Nor is the current DOJ, which is why we recommended number 20 of the Untransformations:
20. An act, or a Presidential action to, split the DOJ into two domains, one to properly enforce federal laws, and the other to defend American citizens in cases of the violation of citizen constitutional rights, at no cost to the citizens. No American should go broke trying to defend his own constitutional rights against any level of government or any other person or corporate entity.
American Constitutionalism 101
It is hard to believe today that all of our government officials have read the American Constitution, or fully understood it, for so few of them see how they themselves have violated it, and are continually violating it practically out of existence.
It's black and white.
It's an easy read.
The Constitution was written as much for the people as it was for the government, maybe even more so. If we the people can read it and understand it, why can't they?
Are they all criminally inclined?
What is lost on today's corrupt, bloated, oversized and overpowered federal government is the old original common sense nature of American constitutional governance. The members of the current federal government think themselves to be the top tier of American government, but they are not; they are second tier government. The Constitution itself is the top tier of American federal government. The federal government is supposed to be governed by the Constitution.
The Constitution, and not the federal government, is the law. The supreme law. It's a legal document, written in English, that says very specific legal things. All members of the federal government are sworn in their oaths of office to adhere to it, uphold it, live by it and defend it.
It governs them. They do not govern it.
The Constitution - the supreme law of the land - legally establishes:
- The three coequal branches of government with their full operating instructions in Articles 1, 2 and 3.
- The absolute rights of the citizenry which are not to be infringed by any level of government or by any other human institution.
- A small federal government limited in scope of authority to the limited and enumerated powers of federal government listed in Article One Section Eight.
- Sovereign state governments with governing power on issues outside of Article One Section Eight while not interfering with the Constitutional Rights of the American citizens.
- A moral, liberated, independent and self-sustaining American citizenry not unduly controlled by either federal or state governments.
The whole original idea of Constitutional America involves a limited and small federal government and a liberated and self-prospering citizenry.
Most of what the federal government does today is flat out unconstitutional and therefore illegal. That means criminal. Against the law. Most federal government offices, facilities, employees, payrolls and benefits are unnecessary and illegal drains on American treasure.
Unnecessary bloat grows itself; bureaucracy multiplies itself; overgrown government becomes a tyrannical menace to those it governs.
The Constitution itself should become the sword of Musk, Ramaswamy and President Trump's new DOGE project.
Hint: If it ain't in Article 1 Section 8, it's illegal. It shouldn't even exist.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
