Poor Tuckered Out Vic
Getting through a bout of sickness, and it, and the treatment, is just wearing me out.

To use the old southern expression, I'm just plumb tuckered out.
Started getting sick Monday and just self-medicated and ignored it. Tuesday it was really dragging me down, but I still worked through it. I probably should have called dispatch and went home, but I didn't. Then, Wednesday there was no way I could drive, so I took a sick day. And this morning I was in contact with my doctor at VA via the VA website secure messaging, and he had me come in for x-rays, exams and evaluations, so, guess what, today (Thursday) is yet another day off.
The treatment they started off with takes a good 48 hours to start kicking in, and it's something I take twice a day, so, guess what, tomorrow is yet another day off.
Poor Vic.
The whole reason I was here most of the day yesterday keeping up with all the great stuff that came in from Abp. Viganò, Linda Kimball, Pidlubniak and Cliff Kincaid is that I wasn't working, I was home, sick. Normally, if that kind of volume came in during a normal work week it would have taken me two or maybe even three days to get it all online, because I normally only have a limited number of early morning hours in which to do it before I go to work. And sometimes I have a little time in the evenings, but not much.
Don't expect that sort of activity to happen today or tomorrow, because even though I'm home, I haven't slept right in three days and I'm just worn out. So the time not spent sleeping will be time spent praying. I haven't been doing enough of that lately, so maybe I can make up for that failure.
As to who is right or most right between Abp. Viganò and Pidlubniak, I don't know. I trust Abp. Viganò implicitly, he is perhaps the most orthodox Catholic Bishop out there defending the true faith, and yet, Pidlubniak is a boots-on-the-ground Ukrainian, often posting on this website, and I see no reason to question his words or his honor, although I wish he might temper his language when speaking to or of such a great Bishop. However, he is in a desperate hot war situation, and I understand that.
At any rate, the disinformation - misinformation - propaganda and anti-Christian cultural rot they both speak of has been going on since Adam's first sin. It's been chronicled right here, and you don't have read just my words about it; look through the Nito Gnoci pages, the Linda Kimball pages and the Cliff Kincaid pages. The history of it is clear. Almost nothing you hear today is true; everything is upside down
We've got to get back to the Truth, if we want Him to get back to us.
So don't look for too much activity from me for a few days. I'm going to prop myself up somewhere and pray another rosary, and if I fall asleep, I have been told that Our Lay will finish it for me. And when I wake up, I will pray another one.
As for the rest of the world, as Rodney Dangerfield might say,
I don't feel good, nobody loves me, and I don't get no respect.
Can I hear a "Poor Vic"?
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
Pray for a strategic alliance between President Trump and excommunicated Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano against the common conspiratorial criminality in the American and Catholic political parties.

You should not be neglecting your health, Vic. It's more valuable than money - so rest up when you can) Six- or seven-days work weeks can be tough. Speaking of work weeks... My job's been restored - my post office begun working again, despite a new Russian attack on the Ivano-Frankivsk airport today.
I do hope that you'll forgive my harsh language towards the good Archbishop Vigano; there's only so much of bonafide Russian propaganda a man can take. I am sorry... I suppose, now that I've cooled off a bit, I can see how someone might see Ukraine as "Nazi", since our media does not have the same penetration in Europe and America as Russian state-funded media does. Ukraine doesn't have unlimited petrodollars to fund propaganda channels like Russia Today... So I don't think that Archbishop Vigano speaks with deliberate intent to obfuscate the truth, but just in genuine ignorance. This is understandable; no man is infallible and no man is omniscient. But, still, there are no Nazis over here - they were here only once, from 1941 to 1944. For Archbishop Vigano and everyone else who wants to accurately learn about the situation in Ukraine, I'd recommend such sources as Kyiv Post (the best Ukrainian news source that's translated into English), Ukrinform (the second-best source that's has translations into English) and Channel 5/"5 канал" - perhaps, THE best news channel in Ukraine out of all (but, unfortunately, fully enjoying it requires someone to know Ukrainian or Russian).

Thanks for all the kind thoughts and emails from everyone; getting back to normal and going to Mass today. Not ready to say I'm back in the saddle again, but close. Can't say enough about the good care received from the VA, despite all the horror stories you might hear from others.
