The ultimate survival of the constitutional republic of the United States of America as a decent, distinct and identifiable sovereign nation, ruled not by men but by her constitution, depends entirely upon the untransforming of America. 

The undoing of the damage done to constitutional America by obama, Soros, Alinsky, the Clintons, the Bidens, the Political Parties, the Academe and the News Media. The damage all got started with Cultural Marxism a long time ago, but is ending with the political wreckage we see all around us today. Obama brought it all out into view in the perhaps final effort to seal the doom of American constitutionalism, and he may well have succeeded. Time will tell.

If the Obama changes are not undone, constitutional America is doomed.

It is going to take radical legal action to undo Obamunism, action to the level even of multiple constitutional amendments. We have always opposed amending the constitution via the Constitutional Convention of the States route, because so long as we have political parties governing any part of the American government let alone the American people, any Constitutional Convention will be taken over by one or more political party agendas and turned into an amendment free-for-all, potentially including the repeal of not only the second amendment, but the whole Bill of Rights.

We prefer the slower but surer and safer one-amendment-at-a-time alternative method of,

  1. Drawing up a proposed constitutional amendment in either house of Congress or in the Presidency;
  2. Getting it approved by Congress and signed by a President;
  3. Sending it out to the States to be ratified;
  4. Getting it ratified by a super-majority of 38 States.

However, even that process is never going to get off first base so long as political parties run both houses of Congress, even if President Trump 47 has a majority of support in both the House and the Senate. 

Because the parties do not want to lose power or go out of business.

Thus, the Parties will need to be destroyed first. We have been calling the Parties unconstitutional for almost as long as this website has existed. They need to be eliminated. They are the real problem. The first task of any Untransforming of America has to be the Abolition of Political Parties in America.

Breaking the Parties: Ending unconstitutional, illegal control of government. Political Parties were never Constitutional. Making American government more manageable, representative and Constitutional begins with breaking the Parties.

Political Parties: Redirecting allegiance away from the nation. Political Parties demand first obedience to the Party, not to the Constitution, slowly poisoning the nation.

We maintain that a President could do it by simple Presidential Declaration. As the representative of all of the States, as the chief law enforcement officer of the nation and as the solemnly sworn-in protector and defender of the Constitution as written and amended, he could declare Political Parties to be unconstitutional governing entities at the federal level and take them out of federal existence and power.

They compete with each other to rule all three coequal branches of the federal government. The Parties, and  not the constitution, are ruling America and ruling the American government.

The constitution establishes three coequal branches of federal government and makes no mention of political parties or any other part of the federal government, so political parties are extra-constitutional entities that have no legitimate constitutional or legal authority in either house of Congress, in the Presidency or in the Supreme Court.

While we recognize the principle of Judicial Review established in Marbury v Madison, we submit that the constitution nowhere grants any of the three coequal branches of the government any interpretive power over the constitution that is in any way superior to that of the other two coequal branches.

Any President could establish Presidential Review by striking down and nullifying anything that is unconstitutional on its face, such as Political Parties, or the Environmental Protection Agency for example, or any unlegislated and unsigned regulation, regulating bureaucracy, judicial precedent or executive action.

While the Presidency cannot "make law", he has certain executive powers regarding regarding war, national emergency and disaster, but he cannot do anything by executive order that the Congress is specifically prohibited from doing, and neither can the Court by any judicial action.

And while the Presidency has no power to make new law, it does have the power to unmake any federal law that is unconstitutional. All Presidents are sworn in their oath of office to protect and preserve the Constitution.

The Test of What Is and Is Not Constitutional:

  • Article 1 Section 1 establishes that any federal law must begin as a Bill. No exceptions. If it was not legislated by Congress and signed by a President, it is Unconstitutional, because it is not and cannot be a federal law.
  • Article 1 Section 8 establishes the limits and scope of federal law and federal authority, by providing the list of the limited and enumerated legislative powers of the federal government. If the object of any law is not listed in Article 1 Section 8,
  1. Congress is prohibited from addressing it in legislation.
  2. The Presidency is prohibited from addressing it by executive authority.
  3. The Supreme Court is prohibited from adjudicating any case that has anything to do with it.
  4. By Amendment 10, it is left to the States, lower jurisdictions and to the Private Sector to decide what to do with it, or not do with it. The federal government has nothing to say about it.
  • The constitution nowhere grants the Congress or the Presidency the authority to "delegate" any of their exclusive legislative/executive powers to any agency or bureaucracy that exists or may be brought into existence, allowing it to make unlegislated and unrepresentative federal regulations with full force of law behind them that are in any way binding on the states, lower jurisdictions or the private sector.
  • Federal regulating agencies/bureaucracies are doubly unconstitutional if their regulatory objectives are outside of the list in Article 1 Section 8.

There is not one thing the federal government "regulates" today that cannot be regulated better by the States or by the Private Sector.

One-Size-Fits-All national laws might work for tiny little nations, but not for the 50 diverse and sovereign United States that make up this one.

The federal government is supposed to be small, not enormous. It should be concentrating all of its resources on properly doing the few things enumerated in Article 1 Section 8; everything else is extraneous, unnecessary and even illegal.

One part of the reason so many huge and always growing federal bureaus exist is that they employ thousands if not millions of government employees who are totally dependent on and therefore loyal to the political party(s) that guarantee their job security. They are a captive voting class of party-privileged tax-sucking drones and petty bureaucrats. They are highly paid dependents of the Party(s).

The main reason is, of course, to sideline and obsolete the Constitution.

Untransforming America:  Recommendations

1.  Establish a new constitutional principle of Presidential Review by issuing a Presidential Declaration outlawing Political Parties in America, and ending all Political Party running or interfering with government processes or procedures involved in 

  • the Congress, the Presidency and the Court,
  • choosing political candidates or running conventions to choose candidates,
  • elections, election ballots or voting.

2. A Constitutional Amendment to restrict all American elections to

  • one election day,
  • paper ballots only,
  • proof of American citizenship required,
  • voter ID required.

3. A Constitutional Amendment to require legislation in both houses of Congress to require every Bill they legislate

  • to cover one and only one issue,
  • to fit on one page of paper, and
  • outlawing "omnibus" bills covering more than one issue in one bill, and
  • outlawing "earmark" add-on issues.

4. A Constitutional Amendment to require Congress and the Presidency to publish a complete fiscal year budget for every fiscal year

  • outlawing "emergency continuing resolutions",
  • outlawing "baseline budgeting".

5. A Constitutional Amendment to fix the number of Supreme Court Juistices to be nine (9).

6. A Constitutional Amendment to establish requirements for adding new States to the United States to require

  • majority vote of the people and approval of the government of the candidate state,
  • ratification by a super majority of the existing United States.

7. A Constitutional Amendment to Repeal the 16th Amendment, eliminate the income tax and all other taxes on American citizens, their property and their businesses with the sole exception of

  • the Fair Tax, put on the Fast Track so that it doesn't have to wait for ratification of the Amendment. Thus citizens would pay only a consumption tax at the cash register, with prices quickly settling to what they were before passage because all previous taxes, which added to prices, are eliminated.
  • The IRS can be eliminated, no one files tax returns any more, and American citizens receive monthly prebate payments from the government, besides the huge pay raise from elemination of the income tax.

8. A Constitutional Amendment to Repeal the 17th Amendment, the politicizing of the Senate, and restoring the original concept of Senators being divorced from politics as a counterpoint to the elected members of the House of Representatives, the People's House. As Senator's terms expire, Senators would no longer be elected, but would be appointed and recalled by their State governments.

  • Senators would go back to being representatives of sovereign States rather than populations. They would act as state Amabassodors to the federal government, but with voting powers, counteracting the raw power of Democracy by increasing the power of the Republic.

9. An Act, to repeal the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, eliminate the FED and return American treasure and the minting and coining of American currency back under the Secretary of the Treasury.

  • The "independent" cabal of Federal Reserve banks should be required to provide a full accounting of the treasure, facilities and equipment they are returning to the US government.

10. An Act, to make the burning, disfiguring, desecrating or vandalizing of any American Flag or any American Monument in America, or the taking down and replacing of an American Flag with any other flag, or the raising of any other flag to a higher position than the American Flag a felony.

11. An Act, to establish Decitizenizing and Banishment legitimate legal sentences for felonies committed against the United States.

We think that would be a pretty good start.

We find it to be unconscionable that hatred of and animosity toward the USA can be such a prominent political movement and on such glaring public display in such public figures as Rashida Tlaib, Bernie Sanders, Ilhan Omar, Kamala Harris and others, and that such rabidly anti-American people are allowed to actually be in America, let alone be Americans, let alone hold political office, especially in the halls of Congress and the Vice Presidency of the USA.

They clearly hate America and openly declare their hatred of America.

Just thought of a couple more necessary Untransformations:

To end "Lame-Duck" periods of American Presidencies, used in the past by Presidents to issue pardons they would not issue earlier for fear of losing an election or reelection, and also used by Presidents to set up political snares, traps, ambushes and political/legal surprises for political opponents before they assume office:

12. A Constitutional Amendment, to end "lame-duck" periods between election day and inauguration day. Election day becomes the day the new President assumes office and the day the old President leaves office, regardless of when the inauguration day may be. The incoming President (and all other elected officers of the government) assumes full responsibilities of office, and the outgoing officers yield all responsibilities of office all on the very day the election is certified.

13. An Act, taking the Secret Service away from the DHS and putting it back under Treasury where it belongs.

  • DHS, like many other regulating bureaucracies, should be eliminated as an unconstitutional, unnecessary and redundant government soviet, or "ministering and administering" bureaucracy. National security is supposed to be the province of the DOJ and the DoD.
  • Director of DHS Alejandro Mayorkas is the Marxocrat Party's government criminal in charge of growing and protecting the giant American borders illegal alien crime wave and all the other crime waves associated with it. Putting him in charge of the Secret Service is very nearly akin to signing President Trump's death warrant.


The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us. 

The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.

Pray for a strategic alliance between President Trump and excommunicated Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano against the common conspiratorial criminality in the American and Catholic political parties.
